It was too expensive for us but the worker gave us some less than expensive options. One was exciting and scary at the same time but after he showed me how easy it was we were off exploring Miami on a Segway and amazing guide - He took us around and shared some interesting facts while allowing my daughter and me to get off and explore a little on our own. The communication with Giovany was extremely helpful and intuitive. I started my trip heading to Key West with the Indian chieftain but after about 60 miles the engine light went on, since it's not my bike and I didn't want to take any chances I stopped at the side of the highway pretty much in the middle of nowhere with half a bottle of drinking water.. I texted Giovany on WhatsApp and he was super helpful, he offered me to switch to BMW GS1250 or the Ducati multistrada for free and gave me an ETA of 45 minutes for his employee to come to me and switch bikes. (In the middle of nowhere!) The guy arrived in 40 minutes with cold water and a tank full of gas . We quickly switched bikes and I was back on my way to Key West. I honestly didn't expect a rental company the be so punctual and professional but BCG are just that good. Thank you guys for making my trip smooth and safe!

I had a problem with another repair facility (factory authorized) who claimed to do work that they did not do but charged fro it. joey noticed that they had not done the work and even went so far as to help me confront them. i got my refund and had Joey do the required work. That was 8 years ago and I have recommended friends and family to him and they are all pleased with his work.

Since I do not have a car, it was preferable to have the scooter delivered to my hotel (something the business prides itself on). When I called the store, the employee that answered the phone told me that because of traffic, they couldn't deliver any scooters on that day. Didn't ask me where it was getting dropped off, just a straight no. I asked if they could deliver another day or time within the next few weeks that was more convenient; he proceeded to rudely tell me, over and over again, that he was with another customer and if I wanted to rent I had to pick it up myself. Hung up the phone, since I could tell they weren't willing to offer any real solutions. I'm sure the scooters here are fine, but delivery isn't guaranteed. Looks like I'll be picking up a rental car from Enterprise instead.
