The other members and the trainer Jorge Angulo are wonderful motivators and personable. It didn't take long for me to get adjusted with the workouts and the pace. Everyone works out so hard it pushes me to do better. I go after work which usually has one of the largest classes but the trainer walk around to see how you are doing, giving you tips on technique as well has push you to finish a set. Whenever I've had any questions regarding the weight I should start of with or proper technique, he's taken the time to show me and tweak certain things. The room is on the cooler side but that's fine because once you start moving you don't even notice. The only thing I will say is that parking is a little hard there at peak times.
