Anyhow, I immediately called the owner, Brandy, and there was no answer. I texted her demanding a call back regarding a situation that happened after also showing up to the studio and no one opening up the door. Shortly after my text to her, she replied stating she is aware of the "incident" I am speaking about and that she pulled up her cameras to play back what happen. (At this point I still have not spoken to her on my concern, I was still just requesting a call regarding something that happened). After the text Brandy gave me a call stating the incident happened 3 weeks ago, ( because of my childs delay, now when he mentioned it to me). i understand "things do happen" but a 15 year old slapping a 6 year old is a MAJOR concern especially when I TRUSTED brandy taking care of my children. Not now for my son to be scared that Brandy is going to get upset at him for snitching. I requested to view the cameras as brandy keeps stating my child is lying but now she states it does not record that far back. She also mentioned about having voice on her cameras and that my child was using bad words. So then I quickly questioned her on why I can't see the video/hear, it so if my child is lying, I can address it. Then Brandy started saying "you can't hear everything on voice" Everything about this has been sketchy.. After this situation it is proof that I can not even leave my daughter for dance because I am scared that one day a man or another adult will do something to her and I will never hear/know about it until she tells me and by that time "the video is out of date". Their is GROWN adults/Men working out while our little ones are dancing! definitely, don't trust this place moving forward, you never know what can happen!!!! this is RIDICULOUS! MCSO has been notified but because it's a rock start is a private business they are allowed to deny to view the footage, I need to get subpoena to view the video...

The venue reminded me of those intimate and welcoming venues we had back in the days. It is centrally located in downtown Homestead. You can't miss it. Its architecture will captivate you. If you have yet to walk inside, I recommend you do it. If is one of those places that hold history and should be experienced.

Early pioneers James Washington English and Henry Booker Sr. built the Seminole Theater in 1921 in…read moredowntown Homestead. The silent movie theater opened Nov. 26, 1921. On March 1940, the theater burned down after a fire started on the stage causing a complete loss of the building. The replacement theater was an Art Deco building designed by noted national theater architect Roy A. Benjamin. It is noted as being the only Art Deco building in downtown Homestead. After operating for almost 40 years the Seminole closed its doors in 1979 due to financial trouble. More trouble was in store for this theater when Hurricane Andrew in 1992 ripped off the roof and nearly destroyed the theater again. In 1993, unable to make the repairs, the owners donated the dilapidated structure to the city. Historic preservationists began working on it to bring it back. In May of 2014 Homestead voters passed a bond referendum to give 5 million dollars to renovate the theater and turn it into a cultural arts center. Another $550,000 was awarded by two state grants. With the infusion of funds, a restored Seminole Theater was able to open on December 12, 2015 for a Grand Opening Gala, "A Night on Broadway." I love when a historic building is saved and repurposed for the arts. Especially when it is as gorgeous as this one. As I went by people were lining up for an evening performance. It is wonderful that dedicated preservationists were able to save this theater for people to enjoy today.

We signed up my daughter for classes twice weekly at only $115 monthly. Their registration was only $60 which includes her entire uniform.
