The first time I came to this store I was hoping that they can fix the camera on my phone and this was the second store of the day and the first store was more focused on a down payment than taking the time to figure out what was going on with my phone. I came across Geek Shop and decided to give them a try. Stan was really nice and patient with me since I was annoyed with personal reasons. He told me before a down payment he would like to open the phone and see if the issue is fixable before anything so give him 15 to 20 mins. I was taken back because most places ask for a down payment before even knowing if the issue is fixable. Unfortunately my camera couldn't be fixed which understandably is fine. He also gave me some phone advice since I had my phone for 4 years now love it. The second visit I met Tim at the store and he was really nice as well and knew what he was doing. My phone fell and the screen was black and I wanted to know how much it would be the repair of a phone screen and before thing he told me the two prices by quality of screen but before anything he believes probably the fall disconnected a wire from the screen and to give him 5 to15 mins. I stepped out and came back in 25 mins and it was back to normal as he detected a wire was detached, and he fixed it with no problem.
