She not only is full of energy she has a grasp of what each individual requires to meet their fitness goals. She pushing me beyond what I thought I could accomplished day in and day out. She's personable and makes sure to say hello when we aren't scheduled. I have a 'fun' time each workout and feel I've truly worked out when she trains me. Christa also makes sure to say hi which is all important that employees make customers feel welcomed. The service this gym provides is a positive contribution to the community.

For no reason but for leaving a honest review about a nasty unsafe gym that needs better management! The one in Hixson is the real deal..the better place to workout..don't waste your time or offend these guys or you'll be banned as well. Their mngt left comments I was banned on my review but never explained why.

If you like broken machines that take weeks to get fixed and end up in a worst state (somehow) then this is the place for you. If WiFi being basically non existent in an area of poor cell phone signal (I've asked others) this is the gym for you. If you like their "trainers" taking over most of the gym, weights and machines for a circuit training for hours on end this is the place for you. If you love warm water out of the water fountain due to it somehow being "better for your body" which is just the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life this is the spot for you. If cutting your ankles on exposed bits of footholds (where the foam that is supposed to prevent that from happening has been stripped off) this is the spot for you. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and just overall amazing group of individuals that will bend over backwards for you, but there is only so much they can do without the owner actually putting in the effort. To be honest the staff deserves every bit of praise and is the only thing holding this "gym" together.

Come inside and the AC is broken. In the middle of July. Oh and this is I think the 3rd time the AC has broken in the last couple years I've been coming here. The stall doors go from the roof to the floor so there's absolute privacy. The staff are absolutely amazing and are always attentive. I lost my water bottle last week and just came in to see if someone turned it in. Unfortunately I think I've lost it for good but the owner gave me a water bottle he had gotten from a business for free. Absolutely amazing staff and gym. The same people that own this one also just opened one in Columbia so I'm guessing it's just as good if not better. For the actual gym part you get a wide variety of weights and machines and there's enough to be able to train everything. The only problem I would say this gym has is having too many members because it does get busy during the day. But I think that's a good problem to have. 10/10 would recommend!
