It makes working out fun and comfortable. All I can say is wow!!! Wish I had joined sooner. The locker rooms are clean and give off a relaxing feel. The fellow members are inspiring, the personal trainers are AWESOME! They give great feed back and words of encouragement. There is a different type of positive energy when walking into this gym. You will definitely get the most out of your workout coming here. Overall, it is a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. Thank you so much to the staff at CSF for being very friendly and helpful to me and other members. It does not go unnoticed. Stop on by and get a tour here, you never know.. you might LOVE IT!

The pool is large and accommodates upwards of a dozen swim teams at one time. The area gets pretty loud, and in our experience, very crowded due to the limited seating area for a larger event. They do have a small area where you can bring your own folded chair and watch, instead of the bleachers. Just know that people can and will stand in front of you at times to watch their son swim. All in all, we have enjoyed coming here. They have a small coffee/bakery in the lobby that comes in handy. Washrooms are easily accessible adjacent to the pool.

Aside from that, they have a gym, exercise rooms with scheduled classes, courts, a track, and a childcare center. While there are many options to choose from, the membership price was steep for our family. We found that we weren't using it as much as we would have liked to get the full value - I would say that someone who is able to use the resources daily would find it worthwhile.

The owners (two of which are also the full-time coaches) are invested in this place and I don't just mean financially. They believe in what they do. You couldn't be in better hands than Coaches Jacqie and Ponce. They will do more than just get you in shape. They will motivate you, teach you, and inspire you. I've known Jacqie for a long time and her dedication to not just bettering herself, but also her clients, is rockstar quality. Owners Chris and Dan do most their leading behind the scenes and by example. You will see them busting their butts in class multiple times a week, investing themselves in a program they believe in. I signed up my son for a class. Since I have two other children, I would wait about 50 minutes with…read morethem until his class was over. I saw they have a nice basketball court so the following day I decided to ask my boys to bring a basketball to play basketball while we waited for the past to be done for my other son. A lady approached my kids and told them they could not play basketball because they needed to pay. She told me the same thing I thought paying for the class for my other child was enough and the kids were just harmless playing basketball and the lady got mad at the kids I guess they are really money hungry institution the following day I came and just had my Kids color because playing sports while we waited for the class to be over was off-limits such a disappointing experience.
