The only bathroom on gym floor has been out of service for over 2 weeks! The bathrooms are always filthy even first thing in the morning. A good amount of trainers are out of shape. The trainers blast loud music and take all the weights for their classes. They do not enforce any rules and allow kids to play on the equipment. I can only hope another company comes along.

For the most part it's clean, soooometimes the bathrooms need some work. But everywhere else is good. I use the 30 min room which some locations dont have and that's where I feel most comfortable. Instead of adding equipment, they removed useful items and scattered the remaining machines throughout the facility, making workouts frustrating and inefficient. Equipment is no longer organized in a way that makes sense, and members are constantly searching for what they need. I've spoken with many longtime members, and the overwhelming feedback has been negative. These changes have hurt the overall gym experience, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility. Pissed off member! Ha...I got a response that was pointless from them. Here's mine back.... Thank you for proving that nobody actually read my review. I don't have equipment suggestions. I have a complaint about a poorly executed redesign that removed equipment and turned a previously organized gym into a scattered mess. The fact that management's response is "tell us what equipment you'd like" tells me you still don't understand the problem. The problem is what was already done. If corporate leadership spent ten minutes talking to members at this location, they would hear exactly what I heard from countless longtime members: people hate these changes. The layout makes no sense, the equipment selection is worse, and the overall experience has declined. You don't take out equipment! You add more! My review stands. The redesign was a failure, and the response to member concerns has been just as disappointing!!!

From the front of the house, the PTs and supporting staff everyone is positive and ready to help each other out. The Lockport ATI is quaint but has the basic equipment to support ones recovery needs. There are 3 basic areas reception, work out and tables. With a staff of 9 and no more than 5 recoveries at a time I have never ran into a situation where the needed equipment wasn't available. The staff is capable and competent, willing to assist each other and up beat during ones way to recovery. The are engaged and educated but in a down to Earth way. Always willing to break things down Barney style if need be. One of the best amenities is the driver service. They can pick up and drop off in need be. Not being cleared to drive and not having a chaufeer yet this has made the road to my recovery possible.
