During my visits, I usually purchase individual classes at other Club Pilates locations without any issue. I was willing to pay $39 per class and planned to attend 4-6 classes every time I came into town. I booked a 1.5 class at Club Pilates Pembroke Pines, only to be canceled via text message because their studio requires completing 10 classes specifically at their location before taking a 1.5 class. I called to explain that I am already an active Club Pilates member with experience at another studio, but they refused to honor that and still canceled my class. What disappointed me most was not even the policy itself, but how rude and dismissive the interaction felt. This appears to be a studio-specific rule and not something I've experienced at other Club Pilates locations while traveling. Unfortunately, they lost a returning customer who was willing to consistently pay for classes every other month while visiting the area.

I injured my shoulder in late September 2024. To stay active and rehab a bit, I joined this Pines location. I jumped around the schedule, trying different instructors and different level 1 classes. I fell in love with Arianna's class and have been consistently attending this location twice a week for about 7 months. Don't let the pretty face and a pink aesthetic fool you. Once Arianna locks in, the class is challenging, integrative, & rewarding every time. With a quiet intensity, Arianna manages to offer a focused variety of movements - scaling for those who need it & recognizing your ability to progress often before you do. Arianna's class helped rehab my injury, and helped improve my mobility & range of motion overall. Her routines, her specific cues, & her individual attention to the members have been complimentary to my workouts outside of Club Pilates. Her teaching style helped to improve my core stability & body awareness. I've seen results in my deadlifts, back squats, pull ups, pushups, & overhead presses - feeling better than I have in 8 years of Crossfit-style workouts alone. Arianna really has a mastery over teaching Pilates. And she is undoubtedly supported & facilitated by the location staff. The studio is always clean & organized. The class check in is seamless. And the attitude is encouraging & welcoming. I was hesitant when I started, recognizing that this is a primarily female space. Didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable &, conversely, didn't want to feel out of place. While the exercises have definitely been humbling, the experience has always been welcoming & supportive. The instructors, the other members, & staff have been awesome. Special shout out to Xander who always makes you feel like you are in the right place! Trying new things can be intimidating. Glad I took a chance on this Club Pilates location.

The classes are intimate (4 ppl max) which allows Andrea to carefully watch our form and ensure we're getting the most out of each class. She always has something new for us to do, each class is unique in its own way. For those of you who are interested in cardio, you should try her "Cardio Pilates" class. I love taking this class on Friday mornings to get a good sweat in right before the weekend. If you're looking for a one-on-one experience, Andrea also offers private and 2-person semi private classes. Besides the abs I've gotten from this class, my favorite thing is Andreas warm personality. She makes everyone feel so welcomed and she always takes her time to explain the movements and muscles we should be engaging.

After I was cleared medically to go back, I just simply did not have the time to go as often as I would like. So on Wednesday after work, I went to cancel my membership. I was shocked when the lead TSA told me she would not help me because she's about to go on break and I had to wait for the other TSA. I felt that that was horrible customer service. She was literally right there but chose not to help me and to make me wait for someone else when the process literally took five minutes. It was as if she took me canceling my membership personally. It was very UNPROFESSIONAL! For that reason alone if I ever rejoin Hotworx, it won't be that Pembroke Pines location.

This is a brand new concept for the workout world. Just when you thought it had all been done, along comes Hotworx to change the game. If you have never heard of Hotworx before, you are about to start hearing all about this trending workout in South Florida. It is a studio with multiple CLEAN AND WELL KEPT infrared saunas that each feature a different workout. They even included three saunas with ellipticals and bikes. Each sauna plays a different workout every 15, 30, or 45 minutes for participants to follow along with. If you are someone who needs someone on top of them the entire time then this might not be for you. You definitely will have to push yourself to follow through the workout. The workouts range from beginner to highly advanced. I'm a trainer and struggled through their advanced warrior. Their motto is "more workout for less time" and boy, is that true! My muscles were on fire for the days following. It was challenging and fun! Due to COVID they have allowed only three people in the saunas and you must be from the same hose hold. This was actually a great time because my sister and I got to have our own sauna! It was great to try a new workout and not feel eyes watching or judging. We spoke with Taylor who was not only kind and welcoming but also extremely informative! After speaking with her I feel as though I could work there! She was very detailed! I would be sure to be back in future. My only quell is that they do require a contract to sign up. As someone who travels a lot, this was a bit of an issue. Definitely try this workout! You won't regret it!

Over here it's at a pace where you get to really isolate the muscles you are working out. The instructor was very knowledgeable and corrects your form as needed. I got such a great workout going here and will come back for more! Its a smaller studio, it was a challenge for me to find it because it is in the middle of the building and the signage is very small so make sure you give yourself ample time to look for it before the class! And don't forget your grippy socks for class!

There were only a handful of people in the class, which was great because it meant you got a lot of personal attention from the teacher. I went as a workout and I wouldn't necessarily say this was a workout, but more of a really great stretch and a way to tone. The machines you use enable you to get really great stretches that you wouldn't otherwise be able to do. I felt great after the class
