I've never hated a dealership so much in my life . When you buy a bike from here make sure it comes with oil in it. They will tell you everything's cosmetic and not cover under your extremely over priced warranty. They didn't actually put me on the schedule when I scheduled a service date to get something repaired. They also have their hours wrong on Apple Maps. These people made me question if I even want a Harley anymore. It's a real shame because I love my motorcycle. I just hated the experience dealing with Harley Davidson crossroads. read more

I am visiting the area, and I am a huge fan of classic / muscle car shows. I attended the West Houston Muscle Car Show at Mancuso Harley Davidson this past weekend. I was hoping for more vehicles to look at in the car show, but their were a lot of high-quality vehicles that were beautifully taken care of, restored, and/or modified. This was a larger Harley Davidson dealership and had a great selection of bikes, clothing / riding apparel, and the service area was large and well-kept. I was able to do a video call with my almost 3-year-old Grandson, who is totally enamored by motorcycles, ATVs, and car shows. The sales people. We were browsing for a Christmas gift and 2 sales people nagged us the entire time we were there. They kept listening to our conversation and interrupting us with too many suggestions. It took us twice as long to pick out just a couple things because they would NOT leave us alone. They kept asking us questions, making strange comments, for example, 'you two are going to have beautiful children together..' , And they kept directing us to items over and over that we were not interested in. They kept trying to take the things we were just looking at, to the counter, we said we were still looking. It was really uncomfortable and I don't think I will shop here again. read more

Recently bought motorcycles, wanted the best safety class for endorsement. We took the class on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Before class, we went online and completed the online training, which took every bit of 5 hours. Great information for new and experienced riders. Once in class, SCOTT was our instructor. Old school funny with practical common sense style. He'll keep you engaged, focused. He'll also give you a sticker if you're not! The class only had 4 people so it seemed personalized. I appreciate he took more time than usual with me. For that alone he deserves a raise/bonus! If you're lucky, you'll get a cool nickname! The best part of this class is once completed, you go into the DMV, show your certificate, pay a nominal fee and off you go! read more

I stopped by Mancuso Crossroads to check on a used bike and really was not serious about buying it. I did have an open mind about it though in case they decided to surprise me. Right off the bat, I was greeted outside in the great TX summer heat by Logan. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions about the bike. We both went on a test ride and from there, he and Eddie (finance mgr.) did their best to work with me and meet me at a figure that I was happy with. Rode my Street Glide into Crossroads to get a honest market appraisal. Well, it was anything but honest. Their inspection result itemized several items with bloated repair estimates. Subsequently, their value estimate was thousands below market value. This dealership should be avoided. I'll never return to a Harley Dealership again. I'd rather support small local repair shops. Apparently, the big Harley dealerships do not honestly value Harley riders anymore. This biker is moving on, goodbye and good riddance Mancuso and all Harley dealerships. Two things that made me a little leery: the health precautions (or laxity thereof) made me have to be awkward and respond to offered handshakes etc with alternatives. Second, I'm guessing they closed a sale while I was there and there were horns and bells and cheering, and.... it kinda felt a little reminiscent of a timeshare "closing room". That said they have a very large selection of harleys and lots of branded apparel, accessories, so if that is what you're looking for, I don't think you'll find anyone bigger in this area. read more

Just bought a 1700 cc softail from Harley on 290... I had Derek (white guy with long hair ) as my sales guy, by far I wanna say he was the best salesman I ever dealt with.. he took his time with me and he had a lot of patience with me being so picky and wanting to try a lot of things and wanting to know about all the different harleys they have in the store. He also give me a lot of good tips on which bike would be better for me since I was trading in a Honda rebel 500 (light weight) that I just bought about 3-4 weeks ago.. anyway long store short, evrybody in that dealership was super helpful and wanting to help.. the nice ladies that work there gave me a free Haley t-shirt and showed me some nice accessories and explained what they are good for... The part guys were busy with their job but when I walked over they immediately helped me look thru there system and showed me the prices on the all the parts I was interested in like back seat and side bags...etc Best part about this location is no one pressured me to buy anything I ddn't want.. they did sales like it's supposed to be by showing me what they have to offer and what it is good for and let me make my decision on what I need... Took my motorcycle safety course here a few months back. I had a wonderful time and they were hilarious. They gave excellent instructions and kept moral high. The course wasn't too hard (keep in mind I was on my personal scooter so I'm sure that helped) but it tested your skills for sure! read more

Terrible costumer service !!! I order several parts about 4 months ago, I been back to the store about 8 times to check if the parts have arrived. I have to drive 35 min just check if they received anything ! They told I would recieved text alerts notifying me about the parts. I never DID!! Every time I call to speak to the part department they are always busy and they never return Calls. I even pay extra to get my parts deliver faster! I been waiting for radiator for 4 months already ! Every time I go to the store and ask, they tell that Harley manufacturer that has it on back order ! And every time they give me a different dates ! 4 months and I still waiting on some parts. They don't even have the courtesy to at least call and keep the costumer updated! I would not be buying or ordering anything from this dealership ever again. read more

I called on Monday to make an appointment to have our motorcycle picked up for service they told me it would be Wednesday I called Wednesday they said that the person was sick I called Thursday they said oh well it'll be tomorrow on Friday so I waited until 4 o'clock today and no return phone call of when they were going to be here to pick up my bike. I called to find out about it and they said oh our person is out sick and I said and no one could make a courtesy phone call to let us know that? I thought I had found a reputable dealership however, as I learned today, that is not the case with Mancuso Crossroads. After purchasing a new CVO Road Glide Ultra from Heiko and Huey over Labor Day weekend, I decided to spend another $4,500 on engine upgrades for my new bike. While dyno tuning the bike, the technician over-heated the bike damaging the brand new slip-on mufflers. Assuming that we could have a discussion regarding the damage to the bike, I took it to the dealer today. After explaining the issue, I was asked to pull the bike into the service area so the service manager (Dave) could look at it. Instead, Dave was too busy to talk with a customer and sent his service advisor to tell me that the damage was not covered under the warranty. To be clear, I am not making a warranty claim. This was the exact same behavior exhibited by Dave when I was in the process of purchasing the engine upgrades. Instead of interacting with the customers, Dave hid in his office and provided mis-information to his service advisors who relayed the information between him and the customer. Truly amazing business model. Regardless, the brand new bike was damaged while in the care, custody and control of Mancuso Crossroads and they have washed their hands of any responsibility. They would not even look at the damage after having me bring the bike into the service bay. To be clear, they would not walk to the other side of the bike to look at the damage. The complete lack of caring was truly a sight to behold. Completely different than other HD dealerships. Avoid at all costs. read more

I get parts and gear here. They are friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Parts staff is very helpful and work hard to get the more challenging projects lined up correctly, even when needing aftermarket parts. My case was extended cables for a handlebar swap. Many dealers staff won't take the extra time. Highly recommend the parts and gear staff. My last encounter with bike sales was good as well but I ended up buying elsewhere. I have interacted with many harley dealers across the nation. This on is by far the most shady bunch i have ever encountered. Kept changing figures on my prepaid customizations and work orders. The kept my take off orts which were agreed upon that i wianted to keep. Finally after 2 years they made a concession for the parts which i accepted just to have it done (gave me some Ofher throw away oarts they had in lieu of mone which disappeared). When the GM got involved thats where the real issue was exposed. He was yelling, accusatory and unsilling to provide any kind if rational calm resolution. So lokg as this guy alis there insuspect the place will continue to fail. They had the bike insought the day i was shopping so i bought there against advice of biker community. I recently bought my first Harley Davidson motorcycle from this dealership. Phenomenal deal and terrific experience. I had the best salesman ever - Dwalt Walton. Easy going and all about making my first purchase right for me. No hassle, pressure, or gazillion callbacks. Righteous dude...and now a friend. When it came time to "talk turkey", the sales manager Huey Smith was more than fair and worked extra to get me the pricing and financing deal I wanted. Bottom line: I got the bike I wanted with the finance package I wanted, and with an extra $ grand off the price (hitting the 2016 models when 2017s are coming out helped). Dwalt then walked me around and introduced me to all of the various department managers: clothing department gave me two free dealership t-shirts, parts gave me a free trickle charger, and service went over the maintenance schedule with me. AND they delivered the bike to my house for free! I've already had the bike in for the 1,000 mile maintenance and that was also a great experience - fair price given to me upfront (and the final bill was actually $20 cheaper than the quote!), fast one-day service, and a great group of guys walking me through the process. This dealership felt different to me when I walked in, a lot different from other dealerships I visited. It felt easygoing, friendly, and welcoming. And something else I couldn't put my finger on at first, but now I think I know. It feels like family. read more

My husband and I both bought our Harley Davidson motorcycles from Mancuso H-D Crossroads while living in Tomball, TX. We have since moved to Midland, TX and had recently taken my husband's HD Electra Glide to Legacy H-D in Odessa, TX for repairs on replacing the belt. We missed the 2 year warranty by 1 week, and it ended up costing us $900. Yes, Odessa is EXPENSIVE. And the Odessa HD said there was nothing they could do, as far as the warranty was concerned. I was livid! Especially after we found out the cause of the belt getting chewed up was due to a hidden battery tender, that we did not know was there. (We did realize one was missing when we bought the bike and picked one up and installed) I decided to contact Mark Thomas, the General Manager at Crossroads via email, on a Monday. (They were closed) And to my surprise, I received an email back that same day, saying he would look into it. Wow... now that's customer service! Mark also called me last week and we discussed what would be fair for compensation. Now I knew the HD in Odessa charged outrageously high, and Mark checked into what it would have cost had we taken it there to get fixed. We agreed on a fair amount... and I received the check today!! For me it's all about the service at any business, the product is the same at every dealer. I got excellent info on the comparison between models and styles of riding which helped me make my final decision on the Ultra Limited. Jason Ciolkosz was our sales rep and he did an outstanding job of taking us through the entire sale process. I had some specific requirements and requests and between Jason and the sales manager Huey they made sure that everything fit for us. I have worked with Mancuso Crossroads for several years now, and I have had nothing less than spectacular service. My sales person is and will be D-Walt for as long as he is in the industry. In the last several years I have purchased 3 bikes, but returned one under the 3 day no question asked guarantee. When returning the bike, I expected to be hounded and felt horrible, but when I went in there was no headache at all. D-Walt and Huey (sales manager) simply said "We want you on a bike you love, and if this isn't it we don't want you on it". Needless to say, I purchased a different model a few months later. The other two transactions were terrific. D-Walt and Huey worked with me to make the deal work, and never pressured me to do anything I was not comfortable with. Our negotiations went on for well over a week, but not once was I given the car dealership treatment. I thought lo LONG and VERY HARD before ever posting any review. I managed to only get - 6000 - miles out of my bike in two years. I was assured that the bike was a SOLID DAILY DRIVER. Week one plugs foul, month three lifters go, may 2016 tranny is gone - fifth gear main - took a few months to replace it. Seven to be exact and once I got my bike running again the main seal went out again Aug 0f this year. Through all this I managed to squeeze 6k out of my SOLID DAILY DRIVER. Just got out of a reputable shop - NOT A HD FRANCHISE- After only 6k in two years here is what they told me - EVERY SEAL THAT COULD LEAK IS LEAKING, THE FRONT END FORKS BARS AND ALL THE BUSHINGS ARE SHOT, THE SWING ARM BUSHINGS ARE SHOT, THEY CANT BELIVE I RODE THIS LONG ON THE FRONT TIRE, FRONT AND REAR ROTORS SHOULD HAVE GONE OUT LONG AGO, THE BELT IS WEARING INCORRECT FROM THE REAR AXLE IMPROPERLY LINED UP, AND THAT IS JUST WHAT THEY CAN TELL FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE BIKE. Long and short it will cost 3700 to fix a bike I still owe 6500 on. it's only 6k people, just a little over my first 5k maintenance and the shop said I can't believe this bike has kept you up on two wheels this long, you should have laid that bitch over long ago just from the suspension ALONE. read more

Last week Got a State Inspection done here, when I got to court house it was denied because VIN # didn't match Registration.
