There are 3 locker rooms, which includes a family locker room. Additional services available include personal training, childcare, massage, and cryotherapy. Currently, not all amenities and services are available and will be phased in due to potential health and safety concerns. There are a variety of membership options available that require a one-year commitment. I have selected the three-month Jump Start Fitness Membership for $199. Addition three-month periods can be purchased for $165. This membership works well for me because I do not exactly know how long I will be staying in the area. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire session, patiently guiding me through each exercise and making sure my form was on point. What I appreciated most was how supportive and encouraging he was--he never made me feel out of place or overwhelmed. Now I'm 47 years old, 190 lbs, can jog a mile in 12 minutes, and Deadlift 275 lbs. If I can do it, anyone can! The coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable, very down-to-earth, and extremely qualified! The classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches who give hands-on direction, instant feedback, help with adjustments during the workouts, and just the right amount of encouragement. The music gets you pumped up, and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice, and if you go, you will definitely see results (I'm living proof).
