I was trying to treat our entire department crew to a fun night out and not have to worry/pay for Boston parking so I figured Worcester might be easier. It was like pulling teeth trying to book a "luxury" suite. The greenhorn "representative" constantly had to be corrected about the game dates and then wanted me to pay without seeing an agreement. Lo and behold, the price was way more than I was quoted over the phone. All set, WooSox and Polar Park. Good luck with your ridiculously high prices. You realize you're a triple A operation and not on Lansdowne St., right? I miss the PawSox...

The first time we went we had lawn seats and we had so much fun, everyone was so friendly and we had the awesome Adirondack chairs to sit in. The only drawback to the lawn seats is the sun, it got pretty brutal. This time we had tickets for seats and it wasn't as fun, but we were in the shade. All the concessions and very expensive. Pizza 9.25 a slice (and it wasn't especially good), the beer was very expensive so my husband only got one and bottles of water were very expensive. I would recommend eating somewhere near the park before you go in, there's plenty of great spots around there.

My college buddy's niece plays Division One basketball for Lehigh. So when we saw that Lehigh would be playing at Holy Cross, it seemed like a golden opportunity to reconnect, spend a few hours catching up, and watch some high quality college basketball. I've always had a warm spot in my heart for Worcester. That's where I started my professional career when I was assigned there in the late 70's. We lived in Worcester and Shrewsbury for a decade before we relocated to Connecticut. Holy Cross offers an amazing ticket deal for the women's basketball games -a ticket, hot dog and a drink for just ten bucks. We bought the tickets through their website, tickets were e-mailed to us, and they scanned the QR codes on the tickets to get into the game. The refreshement stand had us on their "watch list" so we picked up our dogs and sodas without a hitch. The arena is beautiful and looks pretty modern. The scoreboard and video screens are top notch and they have fan participation activities for the kiddies during game breaks. All in all, the Hart Center gave us a solid consumer experience for a low budget price.

There are 2 different lines, 1 for essential workers, priority and then a standard community line. The staff comes to your window before you go in and radio in the information of those testing with your ID. If you have an appt. they have your information in the system and print out the info on your vile. When it is your turn, you drive into the tent and the staff comes to your window to do the test once you confirm the information on the vile is correct (name, and D.O.B.). They are friendly and the process is quick, so it's not a horrible experience. If needed, they have paperwork to hand you to review the process and information. You don't have to touch anything, just roll your window down and they do the swabbing in your nose and put the swab in a vile and into a separate individual plastic bag for processing. Once you're done, they open the door and you can drive out of the tent. Your results come later via the contact information you provided.

The wait staff was working very hard! The young lady taking and bringing order was working very hard and we appreciated her. She had a hand held tablet she was able to take orders with quickly. Great tool for the staff. Another Positive was the popcorn and of course the ball game was great! The adults and kids alike had fun. Manager note. Understand times are hard but the details was what brought the number down to 4 vice 5 stars. Mostly because The food that was provided to the Suites, needs to be stepped up a bit. The food wasn't warm. Imagine room temp hotdogs, chicken strips and French fries being served to guests that purchased 2 suites. Also the vegetable tray didn't come out with ranch dressing so I asked about it and they made due with what the had. They put it in a bowl with a ladle. The other thing that bothered me was the electrical within the elevator. Screws missing and open holes. We had quite a few little kids in our group riding up to the suites and it would have only taken one of them to stick their little fingers in and zap.

And, of course, the "wow" factor of overlooking the Gillette Stadium field, along with the Revolution game, made the experience truly unforgettable. It was the perfect setting for such a special celebration. Taylor made everything so easy for us. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and "get it done" attitude were exceptional. I absolutely love her personality and positive energy, and we were so happy to have been assigned to her. She made us feel confident that everything was in the best hands. And it was! Not only was my brother completely surprised, happy, and impressed, but all of our guests were equally amazed. We truly could not imagine having celebrated his milestone birthday anywhere else. Thank you so much, Taylor, and to the entire Clubhouse team, for creating such a memorable experience for all of us. It was a celebration we will talk about and cherish for years to come!

When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and moved the crowd quickly. The bathrooms were clean and the lines moved quickly even for the women section. The only reason I would not be as open to returning to this stadium are the lines to get in and out of via your car. The time it took to get to and out of the stadium area was horrendous. They had parking lot workers but they weren't really guiding cars. It took us almost two hours to get out the parking lot. Eventually they opened another exit which was crazy because why wasn't it opened from the beginning. I am aware that this is a smaller town in a residential area so they have to be strategic with the traffic.
