The event we went to didn't encompass the entire venue, so only a couple of doors were open. Their website let us know which doors would be unlocked. During our visit it had snowed previously and the walkways and steps around the building were not yet shoveled. At all. Walking down snow covered stairs does not feel safe and there was no other way to get to the door we needed to enter. By the time we left the event, there were two people outside shoveling those stairs. So they did get to them. Parking is paid, either on-street or in one of the nearby parking structures. Large, gender specific bathrooms were by the exit.

Lines for bathrooms are very long - they definitely need more women's rooms. Food is typical for arenas, but the lines can be long. The DCU center is clean, and the seats are comfortable with cup holders. It's easier to get here than to Boston, and I've even been lucky enough to find free street parking.

They sell some Holy Cross gear right when you walk into the complex so you have options in case you don't have anything when you go to a game! They concession stand was closed.
