They were diligent in working with me until I was completely satisfied. I had a chance to meet people in sales, customer service, repairs, and delivery and all were top notch. Certainly builds a level of trust. As a customer if I decided to buy a cheaper piece of equipment It's good that he at least points out expected life span. If they wanted to go the extra mile I would suggest they clear the previous user data out of the "Go" device which controls the bike. Also would have been nice to be given a manual for it. I was able to hunt one up online. They could do the same thing and offer it to the customer. I'm not anticipating issues with the cycle as it's commercial grade.

I hired Conrad to service our treadmill. First, he delayed communication for over a month. Once he finally came he used our home as his personal garbage can including using my really nice gym towels to perform his treadmill service. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this - he apologized and OFFERED to (I didn't request him to) replace my towel. Five days later I received the attached note in certified mail. This company should not be trusted in your home and I recommend taking his advice and seeking alternative treadmill servicers. I can't believe this is acceptable.
