What more could you ask for when purchasing higher end fitness equipment!? I can not comment on the service and warranty aspect of PFE because I never had a problem OR service issue, which is one of the reasons why we decided on a local fitness machine that simply IMO would not break under normal use.

Certainly builds a level of trust. As a customer if I decided to buy a cheaper piece of equipment It's good that he at least points out expected life span. If they wanted to go the extra mile I would suggest they clear the previous user data out of the "Go" device which controls the bike. Also would have been nice to be given a manual for it. I was able to hunt one up online. They could do the same thing and offer it to the customer. I'm not anticipating issues with the cycle as it's commercial grade.

Obviously, I like to support local AND they advertised a 100% price match guarantee on my quote, their website, and at the physical store location. So I put the items I wanted to buy on the websites cart and sent pics and the link to them so they could match and proceed with my $1500 purchase, but got an email just saying "cant match price". Was very bummed as they were STRONGLY advertising the price match guarantee. I like the business, but I do want to warn other customers that the price match guarantee they offer is a lie. So I am ordering the stuff I wanted from the site at a cheaper price, free shipping and no tax. I have no problem with them not matching prices, JUST DON'T ADVERTISE that! But service is good there. Josh helped me a couple of years ago and Vin helped me most recently. I have the feeling the owner declined to price match, and not Vin directly.

I ordered four 45 pound rubber plates, two 25 pound rubber plates and two 10 pound rubber plates. After receiving their confirmation email days later, I immediately noticed they sent me 4 tracking numbers. One tracking number displayed a total weight of 50 pounds which identified both 25 pound plates, the second tracking number displayed a total weight of 20 pounds which identified both 10 pound plates, and the other two tracking numbers each weighed 45 pounds which obviously ONLY identified a SINGLE 45 pound plate. Where are the other two 45 pound plates? I ordered 4!!! This was a question that I tried to get answered by calling them(to no availability) as well as emailing them. I sent them 5 emails within the past week and they only replied once with no explanation but with a copy of my order which clearly showed that I ordered four 45 pound plates but only received 2 based on the tracking numbers they sent me. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE MAKING MY PURCHASE!! Lesson learned, their customer service is horrible.
