I have been extremely impressed with his professionalism, customer service and his skills as a tailor. He has gone the extra mile to make me happy. He has excellent communication with his customers...he is always available to his customers. If he happens to be tied up then he will get back to you almost immediately. He has been there for me and come through when I needed alterations done in a short time frame. Even though my suit was not ready to be altered he took care of it for me in a matter of hours when I needed it for a business trip the next day. He really cares and works hard to please. The prices are very fair and excellent quality. He is not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciate. The custom made dress shirt is incredible. I've never had a shirt made to fit me, and it is really superb. The only issue is the collar is a bit too tight, but I told him that today and he immediately responded he will take care of it on Monday. Other than that small issue which will be fixed, the shirt is gorgeous material and fits me better than anything I've ever owned. I really had no idea how much of a difference the fit of your shirts and suits make. It's hard to go back to non-custom clothing after this. I plan on getting more of the custom dress shirts and hopefully a custom-made suit when I can save up enough money. I should add I have no ties or connection to Harry other than being his customer.
