The third was to replace some of the parts inside one of our toilets. We were quoted almost $1000 for all of that work. We decided just to go with the toilet because that was the immediate need. They charged us over $400 for 20 minutes worth of work. I did not mind paying that much as long as it was reasonable. I reached out to them and asked if they wouldn't mind providing me with an itemized statement that included a breakdown for parts and labor. They were unable or unwilling to do that. They told me that labor was over $200. 20 minutes of work.

My neighborhood overwhelmingly and highly recommended Water Source Plumbing. I gave them a call this morning. The answering service was quick to answer and very pleasant to talk with about my plumbing issues. They took down my information, said that they would send it to Bobby and that he would get in touch with me. Bobby contacted me probably 10-20 minutes later which I thought was fast and gave me a window of 1-4 pm. Bobby arrived at my house at about 3. Bobby was very pleasant to speak with and had great what I call "professional bedside manner". He looked at my first issue, the disposal, and concluded that it wasn't the disposal but the light switch that powered it. Right there, he saved me a chunk of change by not replacing the disposal and recommending that I replace the power switch (couple bucks) vs the disposal. That impressed me. He also quoted me a price that was a better price if I should need to call him back if the switch fix didn't work. Bobby then went into my spare bathroom and quickly saw the issue of my toilet and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. So, within in hour and a half, he saved me money with an easier fix for my disposal (for now) and quickly fixed my toilet. I will say that, whatever I spent for his expertise and services, it was WELL WORTH the amount because it wasn't me sweating, swearing, and messing up a plumbing issue. I would easily spend that amount again. I HIGHLY recommend Bobby and the entire team at Water Source Plumbing. They have now become my first choice for plumbing needs. Many thanks go out to Bobby. This company did it and signed off that they'd completed a full inspection, and all is well. They just moved in yesterday. Toilets stopped flushing and we had to call a plumber. Turns out the piping isn't connected to the tank. Took this plumber 5 minutes to see the problem. It was obvious, even to me. They will contact them tomorrow. If they reimburse them for this mess, I will update my review.
