Wednesday I called, it was promised that evening or the next day by 3:00 PM, IF I confirmed in writing that I wanted it. I did. Thursday my husband called at 3, it wasn't ready. He drove there anyway and the Pharmacist claimed "computer problems." Too many days, too many excuses, compromising the health of customers.

I drove up to the window, a red-haired girl took the bag but told me to wait. She came back, handed it back and said "You have to bring these in the store and dispose of them yourself." No apology or explanation. I figured it was due to the pandemic but who knows. I come inside and immediately a tall man with glasses and dark hair barked at me that the prescriptions have to be labeled and I have to put them in the disposal box myself. Again, no, "Good morning, can I help you?" or any kind of customer service. Then he kept ordering me to tell him whether they were liquid or pills and when I tried to answer he would talk over me telling me to put the containers in the bin myself, which I was trying to do amid all his other loud directions. He was a real class act, and I was obviously an interruption to their day. CVS might want to consider some better customer service training especially when people are trying to do the right thing (disposing of unused medications) during a very difficult period. If someone is disposing of medication, it may mean the person/pet it was for is no longer alive. Real caring staff at this place...go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being!

This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. When the pharmacist heard me say I wanted to check to see if I needed a new discount card, he stopped what he was doing and came over to run the script through to check for me! It was indeed expired, so he looked up a new one for me on the spot! I then figured id need to come back to pick it up but he said he'd fill it now! Unfortunately he realized it was something they needed to order, but their orders always arrive next day! I continue to be impressed by their level of customer service!
