Wednesday I called, it was promised that evening or the next day by 3:00 PM, IF I confirmed in writing that I wanted it. I did. Thursday my husband called at 3, it wasn't ready. He drove there anyway and the Pharmacist claimed "computer problems." Too many days, too many excuses, compromising the health of customers.

From the start these guys have been super helpful and friendly! Most recently, I stopped in to drop off a new paper prescription, expecting to wait or be told to come back. When the pharmacist heard me say I wanted to check to see if I needed a new discount card, he stopped what he was doing and came over to run the script through to check for me! It was indeed expired, so he looked up a new one for me on the spot! I then figured id need to come back to pick it up but he said he'd fill it now! Unfortunately he realized it was something they needed to order, but their orders always arrive next day! I continue to be impressed by their level of customer service! The place itself isnt super big, but there are several chairs if you need to wait, along with a small selection of items youd find at a pharmacy for purchase. There is even a greeting card section!

I have received great service whether I go in the building or zip through the drive through window to drop off/pick up my prescriptions. I recently stopped in at the Take Care Clinic for a sudden sinus infection that began affecting me out of the blue one day. I had never gone to one before, but my boyfriend had suggested it so I was pleased to find this location had one available. I popped in and only had to wait around 10-15 minutes after signing in before I was seen! I'd been warned it might be a long wait, so getting such prompt service was great. They accept most health insurances, so that was a plus, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was very kind. She listened to my issues and took some time to be sure it was indeed a sinus infection and then handed me a prescription. The nice part is the pharmacy is right there, so you don't have to take additional time to get the prescription in if you have one. I was in and out in around an hour (getting my prescription included!) and when I left I was ready to battle the sinus infection. I was VERY pleased and would definitely return!

I drove up to the window, a red-haired girl took the bag but told me to wait. She came back, handed it back and said "You have to bring these in the store and dispose of them yourself." I come inside and immediately a tall man with glasses and dark hair barked at me that the prescriptions have to be labeled and I have to put them in the disposal box myself. Again, no, "Good morning, can I help you?" or any kind of customer service. Then he kept ordering me to tell him whether they were liquid or pills and when I tried to answer he would talk over me telling me to put the containers in the bin myself, which I was trying to do amid all his other loud directions. He was a real class act, and I was obviously an interruption to their day. CVS might want to consider some better customer service training especially when people are trying to do the right thing (disposing of unused medications) during a very difficult period. If someone is disposing of medication, it may mean the person/pet it was for is no longer alive. Real caring staff at this place...go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being!
