She should have told me tat it's not what your thinking, it's actually this. She gave me a script for antibiotics for five days. Four days later the symptoms were back like fury!!! I went to go see if they could get me in because the diagnosis was incorrect, they told me that they didn't have any appointments until 4 days later! I learned my lesson, I won't be going back because they just don't listen and are in too much of a hurry to get patients thru.

Suddenly I am not a human with a brain, but a body with a condition and a textbook treatment. NG tube, no option. If anyone had listened to me about my sinus/nasal issues & condition, they would have known that an NG tube should have NEVER been an option...potential for further trauma, damage, & infection, but no one paid any attention. They had their own agenda. I cannot mentally/psychologically tolerate it. They had to sedate me to get it inserted. Cue an hour long panic attack when I came to (at shift change) Never saw anyone from new shift staff. Husband kept going to desk to discuss my reaction. Was told " oh, she'll get over it". Surgeon never showed, even after saying he "was on his way" Upstairs, cue another panic attack. Was informed that the tube could be in for weeks. Throat was swelling, nose was bleeding. Hell no. Nurse called the doctor. I had 2 options. Leave the tube in as long as he said to, or discharge. The only way I could handle the tube was if I was sedated. I was on the verge of removing it myself. I took the discharge. Kept getting different answers from different staff members, no follow-up, and minimal to no care. Never again.

Everybody there was very professional, friendly and answered any and every question. I like the way they warm their blankets for you while you are waiting for the procedure. Was a little worried as when we got there the entire waiting room was almost filled. I arrived at 9 am per schedule, and they called me back at 9:05 which pleased me. Nobody wants to be made to wait for something that isn't altogether a pleasant thing to think about. I would come back again when the need arises.

This doctor refused to treat my child, claimed I was being dramatic. Told me to give my kid a popsicle. Then threatened to call security when I asked for tests to be run. Just for me to take my child elsewhere one hour later and have an ambulance transport my baby whose oxygen levels dropped to 74 and continued dropping and he had 104 fever. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, RSV and bronchitis. A 3 year old. And now the hospital will not provide me paperwork or update his chart so I can report that doctor. CASES LIKE THESE KILL PEOPLE.

I'm not exactly sure how you review a hospital...but I'll give it a shot…read more I've only been her once to get a CAT scan on a weird lump-thing that I noticed was growing on the back of my neck. The staff was very courteous, kind, and professional. When they found out this was my first ever CAT scan and I was a bit nervous, they went out of their way to explain everything to me in detail and to calm my nerves. Funny story. They injected me with some type of solution just moments before the CAT scan began. The nurse explained that I would feel a warm sensation in my arm, which would spread throughout my entire body, eventually reaching my groin. "I'm not going to lie to you," the nurse said. "It's going to feel as if you just peed yourself. Don't worry. You didn't pee yourself. But it'll feel just as nice." I couldn't help but chuckle. A few minutes into the CAT scan, the peeing sensation hit me. "Ohhhh, there it is!" I exclaimed. I could hear the laughter from the supposedly soundproof booth where they were monitoring me. Anyway, like I said, it's a hospital. I didn't go the cafeteria, so I can't review that. I can say that the staff was great and the service impeccable. Mahalo, and enjoy.

Everyone was efficient and thorough, however lacking any "bedside manner". This little clinic is more about efficiency it seems. It serves its purpose: more cost effective &time effective by seeing a nurse practitioner for minor issues such as my sinus infection, rather than going for full appt at the regular doc. MUCH better option than an urgent care! They send prescription over to pharmacy 10ft away and it's ready within about 15mins!
