Turns out I have really tight hip flexors from years of working at a desk for a prolonged period of time. I appreciate that Dr. Bittle and his staff showed me stretches I can do on my own once my pain was under control. I also like that there is a formal half way check-in on your progress once you're a few sessions in, to make sure treatment is working as it should.
