i've only been to one chiropractor before this, and it was the complete opposite. This one does not have massages, but they have roller tables. I would describe it like the Starbucks of chiropractor... I do appreciate the app that you can schedule online. Dr. Roger D is the BEST!! I have been seeing him for almost a year now. I woke up with terrible pain in my neck and searched Yelp for chiropractors. I saw the great reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. I called, and they were able to see me the same day!! I had never been to a chiropractor before this, but I was encouraged from friends who really benefited from the therapy. He did an X-ray first, which I found really helpful to know where you are starting from. I had subluxation in my spine, so he developed a plan of care for me. During the initial treatment, I was seeing him 3x/week, but I noticed improvement immediately!! After the first session, I was in minimal pain and was able to move my neck again! At the end of the initial plan of care, they did another X-ray, which showed improvement in the subluxation. I continue to go once a week for maintenance and prevention of further subluxation. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking for chiropractic care. The treatment is quick and effective!! And, Dr. Roger D really cares for his patients and their health! My attorney referred me to them after being a victim of a fender bender and got in right away for an evaluation. Intake paper work was tedious but it is needed. X-rays was done and got a head to toe assessment by Nancy who is very accommodating despite me suffering from pain. Dr. De Sesa met me afterwards and discussed care plan about my needs. A week of chiropractic realignment reduced my neck pain as well as upper back and Right knee. Dr. De Sesa and staff are all very professional they have excellent client relations making you feel comfortable although its kind of scary hearing the popping sounds during the therapy ! Let me just warn you to rest after because you will feel like a noodle and so relaxed and would not miss an appointment. To date am still doing weekly therapy and have seen big improvements. I have had ongoing back problems for 20 years. For 20 years, that is, until I met Dr Roger! He has worked wonders on my back. When I first came to him in 2017, I was not able to bend, lift my infant son, or get into a car without extreme pain and spasms. I've been coming here for a few years now. I had lower back pain and numbness on my right toes which made it difficult for me to sit and walk. Kaiser put me on steroids and Flexeril for a month. I was still having pain and numbness. I decided to try chiro with Dr. D, within a week of adjustment (3x a week) the circulation on my right toes was better, numbness was gone. Significant improvement on my back pain. I have since decrease my treatments but still come here for adjustments every two weeks or once a week.
