Firstly it takes time for myself and my son to get comfortable especially those with physical activity and touch. And as a mom I have certain criteria's/expectations for my family to make sure it's the right fit. Firstly, the phone call, Dr. Newman right off the bat, made me feel very comfortable, the conversations were not rushed, actually very thorough in my answers along with his questions. Secondly, meeting in person, as soon as we entered his office which by the way is very welcoming, warm and cozy, he greeted us with knowing our names, he likes to get to know his patients to really acquaint himself with what his clients need. Knowing what and where the pain is and as well as walking through what one could expect in treatment. Mind you, these are just conversations, getting my son and myself comfortable to him. Thirdly, the actual chiropractic service, in every step he asked questions, shared knowledge throughout this process and always checked in how my son felt and tweaked settings on machines, administered chiropractic movements and so on. My 17 year old son plays lacrosse and we knew he needed some chiro work. As soon as you walk into Dr. Newman's office you feel this warm welcome and his office smells amazing! The office was very clean, well decorated and the bathroom was very clean as well. These details are very important to me as he is a one man show and these things can be easily overlooked. The room where the massage chairs was very clean and welcoming. He did an amazing job examining my son and gave us details about his hip alignment. My son has been feeling discomfort on his hips and less mobility more and more. Dr Newman got to work with some heat therapy, massage and then started his magic. My son felt like a new person when he got off that chair! He couldn't stop talking about his walking mobility for the rest of the day. Marc is an amazing very professional man Honestly he deserves way way more reviews when my husband and I decided to look for a good chiropractor that really cares and treats the key problem of your injury pain really matters to us!!! there is ALOT ALOT of chiropractors out there that don't even ask you the history of your injury and as you walk in you come out with the same or even worse new pain But that's not the case at Newman Chiropractor office when we first spoke to him on the phone he asked us for information about our injury and how it happened and how long ago did the injury happened and what is our pain level at that time and he Also asked us if we had an MRI report so he can have more information of our injury and help us an explain what is going on with our spine and where the injury is and how and what he can do to help us. My husband scheduled an appointment for that following weekend and it was the best decision we made Dr. Marc explain to us with details how our spine should be and what is the root cause of our lower back pain he gave my Husband his chiropractor treatment and treated the injury areas and gave us really good information of lower back exercises to do at home to help our lower back get better as the treatment progresses. At Dr.Marcs office you feel very welcome and everything is well sanitizer and organized Dr.Marc is very professional explains with good details you root cause of our problem and explains how he can help. On the first visit that my husband scheduled his appointment I took Dr. Marc my MRI disc he told me he would take a look at it and gather more information about my injury and by mid week my husband and I scheduled another appointment with him but this time we where both getting treatment for that following weekend as we arrive Dr.Marc explain and showed me my MRI/X-ray that where on the disc I had left him that following week before and showed me that my neck was on point and that there was no problem there! Moving on with my lower back he showed me the key problem of my lower back pain and discomforts if it wasn't for Dr. Marc I would have NEVER know how my lower back injury really is!!! When I got my MRI scan back in 2015 somewhere by Lynwood I went in for my scan and once I was done they just gave me a disc and I keep it for records but they didn't explain to me that my lower back wasn't 100% I was just given a disc and no explanations nor information and was sent to a chiropractor that didn't even ask for my MRI report and just cracked every bone in my body I would walk out with more pain and no information plus I was send to get 4 epidural shots on my lower back and they did help with pain but a few years have passed and I'm starting to feel discomfort again but after my last chiropractic visit bank in 2015 I just gave up on getting chiropractor treatments till 5 years later that a coworker from my husbands job referred us to Dr. Marc once again best decision we ever made Dr.Marc is a true Chiropractor that really cares to help and know your root problem of your injury/pain we drive about an 1hr to his office for treatment because we noticed improvement and feel improvement I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. NEWMAN read more

Wow what a revelation. But first I have not seen a chiropractor since my early teens when I was a gymnast because I honestly didn't truly believe in it and just the thought of my cracking my neck gives me the heebee jeebees and last the countless times I've heard friends and family tell of not so good experiences from price to just not getting better. A family friend raved about Dr. Newman and being 40 now and that lower back just not going away, the pain of getting out of bed sometimes keeping in bed and extra hour I finally went in today. Newman was a smiling face as soon as I walked in, dived right into wanting to know all about the pain, the exact location as he's reading my intake papers. He's very thorough, blunt and I felt completely honest in everything he said and most importantly if he can't help you he'll say so or rather if you need more in depth medical care he will tell you. Adjustment went well. But the customer service went down when i left. Insurance mishap so he agreed to charge me $30. When insurance cleared i would have 2 copays. Insurance had additional requirements, and instead of calling me sends me a bill with what would have been the remaining balance. Explaining why i owed it.
