I live out of state but have a friend in Utah who found they had the type of van I was looking for. He test drove it and put me in touch with Justin to make a deposit. Initially Justin was great, agreeing to hold my deposit a few weeks longer than originally agreed. I paid, my friend picked it up and I flew up and picked up the van. Great van, love it. The problem was getting the title. It was not given to my friend when he picked it up, he said he assumed they'd mailed it to me. I texted Justin and he said the title gets sent to Utah DMV and that I'd get it from them, may take a few weeks. SIX WEEKS after I'd purchased the van and still no title despite multiple text exchanges with Justin. Finally I quoted him the Utah statute that says dealers are required to provide the title within 48 hours and (after asking why I was "taking it there" and implying that if I tried a little harder I could get it licensed without the title) suddenly he magically had it after all and sent it to me. And it was an Idaho title, so obviously nothing had gone to the state. Why the foot dragging and lies? Why wasn't it just provided at the time of sale, or the first time I requested it? It's a good van, and if the customer service post-purchase was the same as it was pre-purchase I'd give a rave review. But the lack of communication and outright lies after the sale were unacceptable. read more

He says a lot of people bring their cars in after buying them from Fiuza Motors and their cars ALWAYS have underlying issues that the people at Fiuza never mention. Me and my father in law fix cars so I bought a car there regardless and waited to see if the salesman would mention anything but they never did. I bought the car since I knew we could fix whatever it was. After me and my father in law went through it we noticed that the car had few oil changes and long story short we had to buy a whole new engine. Helped my friend buy an old mazda there for under $3k. It didn't start for a few days after we bought it, but it started working just fine after tinkering with it. Probably because they steam wash the engines, and some water got into the starter or something. Overall a good experience, however they didn't let me check the spark plugs or ignition coils when we are about to purchase the car, which raised an eyebrow. -update almost a year later, the car's engine blew up on a 4 hour drive, but thankfully my friend got the extended warrantee (They said it would cover ANY amount of damage to the power train a.k.a. engine and transmission. So that's good right? Wrong, the warrantee was a scam, they said it would cost $3000 to fix the engine, but that they wont cover it since in the disclosures it says they actually only cover up to the value of the car. They said the car is only worth $1000 now that the engine doesn't work. So the warrantee is designed as a scam since they only cover up to the value of the car after it is broken. SCAM, DO NOT BUY CARS HERE. They sold a car they knew was messed up and said they would pay for it but DIDNT! read more

Bought a challenger from these guys. It had a problem with the blinkers. The owner said if I bought it they would fix it. After a total of over 3 weeks I ended up paying what they said was half of a 1000 dollars for headlight assemblies. I will say Eric did the best he could and did fix the problem but only after I put out half of the 1000 dollars. I am now ok with the car and would possibly buy from them again. I saw a Cadillac I liked on their website and called in to inquire about it. They said that the vehicle was still available so I came in later that day to have a look. When I arrived I asked them about it and one of the salesmen turned to the other and asked: "Hey can I show this car to this guy?" The owner or whoever answered the phone replied back with: "No, some [insert rude nickname] called in earlier." I stopped them and said that I was the one that called in... and they back pedaled and quickly grabbed the keys. I should've just walked away but I figured one rude mistake wouldn't be a huge problem, boy was I wrong, these guys just kept making it worse from there. They pulled that used car dealer tactic of quickly putting lipstick on a pig, they warmed up the vehicle and revved the engine a ton to try to act like it had no problems. I took the vehicle for a test drive and ran my visual inspection and felt confident. The salesman would not stop pressuring me to use their financing. They also made some homophobic remarks and made fun of my religion. The entire process was a headache, and eventually the vehicle had some massive problems. The sensors and check engine lights kept coming on and these guys kept lying about the vehicle's condition, they keep resetting the computer and not fixing what needed to be done. I left my vehicle there for a week to get fixed and found receipts for a barber shop and fast food places that were recently dated stashed under the seat... along with hair clippings. They were joy riding my car instead of fixing it! When asked to provide the parts receipts or the packaging they couldn't and insinuated that I had offended them by even suggesting such a thing. I'd strongly advise against using these guys. In my case they just patched up a lemon enough to make it passable for sale and their attitudes towards their customers is atrocious. read more

I'm quite literally shocked at how much they actually care about people, outcomes, and their reputation. For some context, I made some bad decisions with a vehicle purchase, entirely my fault. I came to them with hat-in-hand and my purchase contract. I expected nothing, and they completely took care of me, got me into a better vehicle and made sure I was 100% happy. It was the biggest weight off my shoulders and turned what was going to be a very bad week into one of the best weeks. I was so happy, I bought them lunch. I know it can be easy to get on the offensive or defensive with car dealers, and really, you should try to negotiate in all cases. We have had to file a BBB complaint against Fiuza Motors for their dishonest practices, including to refusing to stand by the repairs and installations that their office has done, and that they have refused to deal with when we have third party verification that those repairs have been done incorrectly. This is a business to be avoided at all costs if you want to deal with honesty. The repairs they did to install the timing belt -- which was one of the repairs their shop did, that they billed as a selling point -- were, like the water pump, also faulty. Two out of three bolts on the assembly bolted onto the engine block were done wrong; one cracked the block (and a piece of it fell off today during repairs by qualified, reputable mechanics from a third party shop!) and the other sheared off inside the block itself. The assembly was holding on by a single bolt the entire time. The car is no longer drivable. It has only been in our possession since March; less than seven months, and we have gone from car to paper weight. These people are disreputable, dishonest, and you WILL be ripped off. They are to be avoided at all costs if you value your dollars. read more

This is the first review that I have ever written on Yelp, and I am writing this to simply warn anyone thinking of buying from Fiuza Motors. I bought a 2006 Mazda 6 from them in August. 2 weeks after driving it, the catalytic converter died. I don't know how the car passed emissions, but somehow those guys at Fiuza Motors worked their magic and made it pass. I now need to fork out some hefty amount of cash to replace the catalytic converter. I called Fiuza Motors about it and they got very defensive about it and basically told me I'm screwed. I bought a vehicle from them. They seemed really good. When I found the car I wanted, they checked my car for a trade-in. They said my engine check light was on and it would cost them $500.00 to fix it. I didn't think much of this. I gave them two fobs to my car and they gave me one. I said I would like another one. I was promised 3 times he would get me one because he had a source. I kept calling him and he said he was working on it. Well, I did not get one. Lies, lies lies. The AC was not working and they said it was okay. The battery kept dying so they told me go buy another one. I got the AC fixed for $200.00 and for the battery and other things it was $250.00. He also told me the part to fix my old car was only $40.00. By now I was really mad. I feel like they owe me $500.00 for being so dishonest. They really "screwed" me. The staff was nice. The GM/Owner, Renalto was very nice and easy to work with. They valued what I wanted to trade in fairly, but they didn't value the potential purchase honestly or correctly. That's about where the "Good" ends. The car I looked at was in "Fair" shape at best, however the price was valued as if it were in "Excellent" condition. The inside was marred up, the exterior had MASSIVE, undeniable scratches and damage that were poorly covered up with some kind of poorly matched, cheap paint. There was the familiar buzzing of a bad wheel bearing, the stereo didn't work, it had been smoked in... This would be all good and fine, except as I stated, the car was priced as if it were in "excellent" condition when it wasn't. This is a pretty egregious issue. It shows either a lack of understanding of the valuation of cars (Which a car dealership should understand very well), or a total lack of honesty. If the price were right, I might have bought the car. I went elsewhere to find my car. read more

Buyer Beware!! We bought an Audi A8 in June and it has been a complete lemon! Fiuza has a sign when you walk in the door that says that all of their cars have been thoroughly checked by their mechanics. Either their mechanics are completely incompetent or Fiuza lies about their cars being checked and ready to sell. Before we bought the car we brought it to a 3rd party mechanic to make sure the car was in good working order. The mechanic found several things wrong with the car, which to fix would cost about $4000. We brought the car back to Fiuza and they promised to fix most of the issues. What we soon found out is that the repairs were done poorly, and the most expensive repairs weren't done AT ALL. When my husband brought the car back to tell them that some of the agreed-upon repairs weren't done, they said that the deadline to get repairs done was up and that if we didn't want the car, they would buy it back at 60% of what we bought it for. As you can imagine, we were pretty upset. We decided to just pay someone else to get the repairs done because we didn't want to still owe on a car that we didn't have. We've only had the car for 3 months!!! And this car has been in the shop more than we've driven it. Now we are thinking that it would've been cheaper to sell it back at 60%. These people are shady and dishonest. Do not buy from them!!! read more

So I have an Audi A6, it needed some tuning, took it to this place, by word of mouth recommended. They guy said it would take 2 maybe 3 days to diagnose and repair the issue, something about the ECU, I have a GPS data logger installed tells me where my car is thru an app on my phone. I call the shop and get the usual shuffle around, probably trying to get me for more repairs, that night I open my GPS app, and it shows my car in a residential area not more than a mile away from the shop/dealership, so I cruze the the residential area, and there is my car in a driveway, and its 11PM. I'm no expert but I dont think it was being tested, or worked on at that time of night. Next day and a half I get my car back and it has 42 extra miles on it, my GPS app shows me the route driven, my car was driven around, sometimes hitting speeds of 70+ mph on State street. Although the car runs great, I dont think the mechanics or whoever drove it, should be using customer cars to cruze around. read more

I went in planning to finance a car and They were going to do a credit check but supposedly the bank was closed So they said they would call tomorrow, and "guaranteed" I would be first priority with the car and thst it was on hold. I left the dealership pretty excited as this was going to be my first car purchase. Later I called the dealership to see if there were any insurance requirements, and that's when I found out that they sold my car to another customer! Their excuse was that I had bad credit, and I didn't qualify for the car. HOWEVER they never even contacted me back to touch base and see what we could do. That's what upsets me. I purchased a Jeep from Fiuza motors about 8 months ago. Let's just say I've been in and out of Jeep service shops since I got this car. I've been to the shop over 20 times since they sold me this car that is absolute garbage and no matter how many times I take it in.. no one is EVER able to fix it!!!!!!! I spent over 15,000 on a car that stopped working just 3 weeks after I purchased it. Driving to work is literally life threatening not just to me but everyone around me.... While driving I get a message to "service transmission" and I can't use the gas on my car, it immediately starts to slow down and I have to pull over my car and turn it off for 5-10 minutes before it starts working again then my check engine light will come on a stay on for days. When confronting Fiuza about these issues right when they started happening they refused to help without charging me. I took my car to the shop once again today and they are telling me the "someone" aka Fiuza cleared all of the information in regards to the issues my Jeep has been receiving long before I purchased it. This has been the worst and most miserable mistake I have ever made working with these liars! They will sell you a piece of crap and refuse to help. Sounds like i'm not alone..I debating doing this but I can't deal with this anymore. I bought an 07 Audi S8 back in January from Renato. In full disclosure, I'm in NC and as you may already know, Fiuza is in Utah. He had a good price $16k and he said the car had no issues. Well it's about 6 months later and the car has been at the AUDI dealership longer than in my driveway. Never mind that the 1st shop I took it too wanted nothing to do with the repair. And we all know how cheap dealership repair shops are. Upon getting it off the delivery truck and driving it the half mile home, I ran into problem number one. The car had smoke coming out from under the hood. I immediately called him and voiced my concerns as politely as I could. He told me to take it to a shop and he would "help" me with the repair. Problem number 2 is because I had to buy an S8 with a V10 engine in it, the valve cover gasket was over a $1000 dollars to replace. Renato offered to pay $500 on the repair and considering the price I paid, which was lower than most of the S8's online at the time, I still figured I came out ahead...Then the you know what really hits the fan..Several days later, I start having "electrical issues", problem #3. Shop number one replaces 2 throttle bodies at $1800..a piece..and notes there is some bizare wiring under the hood and states if this happens again, I should rush to trade it in..well it did, I tried and after getting low balled by the dealership, I decided to attempt another repair and press on..6 months, thousands of dollars, few days of actual ownership, 2 new ECM's at $1700 a piece, new gas pedal, rewiring the car..problems 4-10.. It's still in the shop.. Biggest mistake of my life..and I'm married..with kids...I joke only cause it keeps me sane. and never mind the sunroof never worked or the rear sunshade(s)..and the trunk is sketchy...but man that B&O sound system is money when I have it sitting in the garage. I could go on.. Think twice kids *Update..after posting my disappointment on here I received an email from Renato offering to help. After some back and forth he was "kind" enough to send me some additional money to help with the repairs. He also offered some alternative answers which I may have to consider once I get to point where I can drive this car. He seemed very interested in making this right and doing what he can from the distance that he is. However, i'm still stuck with a car that is not running right although he did help me some additional money for the repairs.
