Wish I had wrote this sooner while I could remember more. Moral of the story is this dealership had me like a kid in a candy store. So many amazing cars. Brooke is amazing and whatever she gets paid it should be doubled. I worked with her from out of state for about a week on buying an S4. I drove the 10 hours down to get the car and it was perfect. When I first arrived I was a little annoyed the car wasn't ready and waiting to go but it needed to go through emissions. But as I sat there and watched Brooke manage the phone, front desk test drives, finance, trade ins, buying cars, managing the office and crew and helping all the customers through the door (and there was a ton). Along with the rest of the crew running around. Like literally running, to keep up. I no longer cared the car wasn't ready and waiting and understood. At one point someone called and I could piece together how the conversation went. Brooke politely told them she would need to call back because she had to help the customers in the store. The person was rude. He clearly had never been there before. This business doesn't employ the lazy generation of people that show up and attempt to do nothing more than collect a paycheck. These people work and earn their pay and probably no enough for how hard they try. They have a passion for what they do and what they sell. They are straightforward salespeople that don't try and sneak one by you. It is how it is. The cars are elegantly upgraded. You can swap wheels with another car if they fit. And you pay market value or less than what you can find elsewhere. It was a 24 hour day for me from the time I left to the time I got home and I would definitely do it again and will definitely look to them first in my future buying needs. Edit: after reading reviews. I noticed Emmanuel's. "During our conversation she was very condescending and short. I asked nicely why didn't she return my call? She said she was busy taking care of her instore customers before taking on a customer from out of state..." I was there . She wasn't rude. She had 7ish people in the lobby, 3 of which she was doing paperwork for so they could drive off in their new cars. An out of state customer takes more time than instate. And regardless... he thinks she should ignore the customers standing in front of her to help someone over the phone first?!?! He must be important.

I will warn you- that I walked onto the lot with an expectation of only asking asking questions but ended up signing a contract the same day, haha! Their sales rep Robbie made it easy though by answering my questions directly, listening to my concerns, not venturing off into products I hadn't expressed interest in, and NOT trying to upsell me. He did in fact end up up-selling me! But I felt like it was my choice, because I left with a great car, a great warranty package, and a sticker price significantly less than any other locations/lots I found online. All of this allowed me to leave with a nicer model than I anticipated while feeling good & confident about it. This felt like a mutual & personal interaction rather than a simple product/dollar transaction. That's something I've never experienced in a vehicle purchase! Seriously recommend this team as a whole & seriously recommend Robbie to help you out!

I went to the dealership in person and they tried to put the blam on me and told me not there problem and ask me if I took the car to a micanice before buying it. I reminded them that I was told that they voted there cars and go through it to make sure that they are micanically sound. They told me to take it back to my micanice. I called them back and let them no they need to make it right. They basically said not my problem. I have recipe of the issue. Please don't buy a car from them. Mark Miller Toyota gets a full 5‑stars, two‑thumbs‑up, 10‑out‑of‑10 from us! Our old car basically died--transmission gone, catalytic converter done converting, transfer case done transferring. The repair bill was going to be $17,000, and with my hubby leaving for Brazil, we were on a serious time crunch. We searched every car on Facebook, KSL, and Copilot and found a couple in SLC. The first dealership was... let's just say "creative with the truth." They didn't even have the car they advertised and tried to sell us something we didn't want. Hard pass. Then we went to **Mark Miller Toyota**, fully expecting more dealership nonsense. But shockingly--they actually had the car we came to see. We test‑drove it, told them we had others to look at, and they said, "Okay, come back if you don't find what you're looking for." No pressure. No guilt. No weird sales tactics. Just honest people. We did come back. And we did buy the car. We love the car and it was a very fair price. The next day, after Hyrum left, I noticed a crack in the door. They told me to bring it in right away. They didn't want our first experience to be a bad one they would fix it!! We took it to our personal mechanic (4 seasons Auto in PG LOVE THEM also!) to checked it out first and said the car was in "mint condition"--nothing wrong mechanically. So we brought it in for a repair, Mark Miller gave us the choice of any car on their list as a loner while they fixed the car. I told him to just give me what ever. "What ever" turned out to be hybrid fancy 2026 Toyota Camry! While driving the loaner, I got a rock chip... which turned into a crack. I panicked. They said, "Don't worry about it--we'll take care of it." And they did! NO charge to us!! Our salesman was fantastic explained warranties without pushing anything. It wasn't awkward to say no. No upselling. No pressure. No "let me go talk to my manager" theatrics. After dealing with a scammy dealership earlier that day, Mark Miller Toyota felt like a breath of fresh air. If I ever need another car, I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat and I'd send my friend there too.

These vehicles have either a salvaged or rebuilt title. All these people who keep complaining that they were "misinformed" is comical. Do your research. Pull a Carfax, ask for pictures if you're having a vehicle shipped. When you are doing your walk around, check to make sure under hood caps are tightened, body panels, skid skirts, etc are all attached, oil/transmission/brake fluids are topped off, belts are in good shape, all lighting works, the horn works, check the HVAC system, power windows/locks/mirrors, transmission shifts smoothly, etc. Salvaged and rebuilt title vehicles often don't get the full inspection that most used cars do, so go in with a little bit of knowledge before you start pointing fingers. The used vehicle I purchased has a rebuilt title. There were things that it needed before I felt safe taking delivery. Have your own mechanic check it out before purchasing it. Be smart about your purchase.
