Wish I had wrote this sooner while I could remember more. Moral of the story is this dealership had me like a kid in a candy store. So many amazing cars. Brooke is amazing and whatever she gets paid it should be doubled. I worked with her from out of state for about a week on buying an S4. I drove the 10 hours down to get the car and it was perfect. When I first arrived I was a little annoyed the car wasn't ready and waiting to go but it needed to go through emissions. But as I sat there and watched Brooke manage the phone, front desk test drives, finance, trade ins, buying cars, managing the office and crew and helping all the customers through the door (and there was a ton). Along with the rest of the crew running around. Like literally running, to keep up. I no longer cared the car wasn't ready and waiting and understood. At one point someone called and I could piece together how the conversation went. Brooke politely told them she would need to call back because she had to help the customers in the store. The person was rude. He clearly had never been there before. This business doesn't employ the lazy generation of people that show up and attempt to do nothing more than collect a paycheck. These people work and earn their pay and probably no enough for how hard they try. They have a passion for what they do and what they sell. They are straightforward salespeople that don't try and sneak one by you. It is how it is. The cars are elegantly upgraded. You can swap wheels with another car if they fit. And you pay market value or less than what you can find elsewhere. It was a 24 hour day for me from the time I left to the time I got home and I would definitely do it again and will definitely look to them first in my future buying needs. Edit: after reading reviews. I noticed Emmanuel's. "During our conversation she was very condescending and short. I asked nicely why didn't she return my call? She said she was busy taking care of her instore customers before taking on a customer from out of state..." I was there . She wasn't rude. She had 7ish people in the lobby, 3 of which she was doing paperwork for so they could drive off in their new cars. An out of state customer takes more time than instate. And regardless... he thinks she should ignore the customers standing in front of her to help someone over the phone first?!?! He must be important. read more

We purchased a vehicle from these guys about 3 days ago.. during the test drive we asked your normal questions, typical maintenance that might need to be done etc. We asked about speakers and if they've been blown. Everyone there ensured us that if the speakers were blown they'd been fixed and replaced before purchasing. Which sounded great! Until it wasn't.. as we left the lot we found out that rear speakers were completely blown. We went back to them seeing if they'd replace them but we can't even get ahold of anyone. Sent to voicemail, non answered texts the list goes on. It's too bad to have a good experience be tarnished by such a small issue that should've been handled. I recommend to stay far away from this dealership and to not trust anything they tell you or offer you. If I could leave a negative review I would. read more

My daughter was hit on the freeway and was driving a car purchased at Rev Motoring!!. The airbag did not work and come to find out. It had malfunctioned a handful of years ago when it was in another accident. None of this was tested or disclosed. There's no law to protect people... People should not be able to buy junk cars from the auction and then sell them, misrepresenting them. How is this legal? read more

Called to inquire about the 2017 AUDI S7 PREMIUM PLUS 88K MILES VIN: WAUWFAFC0HN038923 A lady answered. I asked to speak with a sales associate. She replied she was the General sales manager. I asked if the vehicle was available at the 30,000 listed price, she said she will call me back. I didn't receive a call from her in a few days, so I called back and she answered. I asked if the vehicle is still available and I would like to purchase it. I told her I was from Wisconsin and will pay with a money transfer from my account. I also explained to her I would fly out to pick up the vehicle. Yes I purchase cars across the country and drive them back to my home. During our conversation she was very condescending and short. I asked nicely why didn't she return my call? She said she was busy taking care of her instore customers before taking on a customer from out of state... I was floored. I than asked her if I could purchase the vehicle at 27500.00 due to the year and milage. She informed me she would call me back. She text me stating it will cost me 30,884.00 with no discounts. I asked why charge me more? She said it's due to me being an out of state buyer. The $884 extra was her Doc fee.. I said I'm not interested. I called back and left a message with the owner Tim explaining the the conversation I had with his General Manager and was still interested in purchasing the vehicle at their listed cost until I read the Yelp reviews. Needless to say Tim never returned my call. I did receive a call from a lady. I asked her who am I speaking with, she said Brook. That's what she told me. I said I wasn't going to purchase the car due to my interaction with the General manager. The last time I looked my money spends just like everyone else's that lives in Utah. I've been shopping for an Audi for some time now. Stopped by Revmotoring and checked out what they had. Sales associates were amazing, never pushed or tried to rush a decision with a "another client is looking at this" urgency pitch. Cars were all in great shape and was able to pull the trigger on the car the next day. Tim is the personal owner and helped out a ton alongside Lexi. I did have an issue with a speaker that I realized after buying. Talked back with Tim which we made an appointment the next week and got it replaced. Customer service started off great. Had an issue with the grille of an A4 I bought, which is aftermarket plastic by the way. Also found out the tires that were put on a high performance vehicle sell for $75.00 a piece at Walmart. These guys advertise they put on $2000 worth of accessories, how can they afford that? It's because it's all super cheap aftermarket garbage, no where near $2,000. My tires fell apart at 8,000 miles, literally chunks and pieces flying off my vehicle. I called to speak with the owner at noon on the 27th of August, right when they open and he never called me back. I then called again around 5 and got a receptionist who texted me that I needed to go to Discount tires direct (online store) to get any kind of assistance. I am now driving on 4 defective dangerous tires and am completely shocked at the lack of helped I received. Will not buy another car from these guy's nor recommend anyone else shop here. Run! I just got a response from the owner, and I want to clarify something that they completely lied about. I was backed into by someone and asked if Rev had back extra grilles ,and they did. They say I complained over and over. I actually paid for the grille and have the america first withdrawal invoice to prove it. My first complaint is today and I did not threaten, I promised to write a review. If your going to lie about things make sure you have your story straight. Totally egregious that you would say Iv'e complained. Again people look at the tires and make sure they are even speed rated for your car.
