After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. There were multiple pieces of metal in the tire (which they said they took off and checked) I had to purchase a tire from Big O. I also had the oil change pckage and the 18 year old that did my last oil change over torqued my drain plug and bent the opening pretty bad so he put a really big after market plug in with a gasket. BMW said that the entire oil pan had to be replaced, Fortunately I went in and threw a big enough fit that they gave me a written promis that they would replace it if it ever leaked. Then I found that the rear passenger door was broken with the child lock on and the Transfer case was out. Everytime I took it back they said it was fine. The warranty that they sold me for 3k was locked to their service dept! I finally got someone to listen to me and they checked out the transfer case and said it did fail. It had metal shavings in the fluid. They used to check off that they rotated my tires and they didnt until I told them too. Then when I drove home my car started making a weird noise about a block from home. My husband checked and the lugnuts on my driver side front tire were so loose that it could have fallen off. I can see why they have been closed down. update: my oil pan is leaking now and the dealer is closed, the gentleman who promised a replacement is saying the they will honor it since it was all part of the Larry H Miller chain and he is still a district manager there. I am glad I had the manager brought into this when I was in there fuming . Still waiting to hear back where I take it for repair, another update coming.

Chris was great to work with and made the shopping experience easy. Unfortunately, the finance process was a different story. While completing the paperwork, the Finance Manager, Marco, added an Auto Theft Recovery product ($400) to the contract without mentioning that it was optional, or even mentioning it at all. I didn't notice until I was at my bank getting the check. I then had to contact the dealership to have the contract redone. The first revised contract they sent was incorrect, so I had to wait again for another corrected and signed version. The entire process added about two hours at the bank over a charge that should have been clearly disclosed from the beginning. Overall, the buying experience was good until the financing stage. My advice is to carefully review every line of the contract before signing, especially any optional products that they will unfortunately try to throw on there.
