Car looked good, test drove it, signed, and came back for pick up by Uber, it was thrashed, totally different. Had multiple lights on the dash, gas completely on empty, no oil, rear passenger tire gash with leak, and engine light on... I refused to take the car. Argued with Barry, he said "he'd make it right", never did. Dealership refused to cancel the sale. I got 2 mechanic reports, both said $10,000 in immediate repairs needed, do not drive the car, if I do, it will turn into $30,000 worth of repairs. Learned car was sold 4 times at the 100,000 mile mark. I returned the car via the credit union and the dealership refused to pay off the credit union! They profited twice on the car! Now I am being sued for the sales contract. I see over 30+ reviews on google this has happened to others. It's Auto Fraud, they camouflage the condition of the car by deleting the codes temporarily to get you to sign. They lie that they inspect, service, and maintain the vehicle, at their Service Center. You meet the team and they all lie together. Join my defense against these crooked thieves! Text this google number to help (801) 436-7747.

No haggling or anything. They said they just needed to run it through their service dept to make sure everything checked out since it was new on the lot and we could finalize the sale as soon as it came back. Well, it came out clean and I came back to finish the purchase right away and they had raised the price on me $2k!! no apologies, no meet in the middle, just that the owner decided over the weekend he could get more money for the Jeep and so he didn't honor our agreement. He even admitted that. Classic Used car salesman crap. Greedy and dishonest. Barry the salesman there is the only good thing about this establishment, everything esle, esp the owner and manager Chris, is not worth it.

I've read all the reviews and actually had a good experience with them. The sales people aren't…read morethe most informed, and clarity would be helpful. These vehicles have either a salvaged or rebuilt title. All these people who keep complaining that they were "misinformed" is comical. Do your research. Pull a Carfax, ask for pictures if you're having a vehicle shipped. When you are doing your walk around, check to make sure under hood caps are tightened, body panels, skid skirts, etc are all attached, oil/transmission/brake fluids are topped off, belts are in good shape, all lighting works, the horn works, check the HVAC system, power windows/locks/mirrors, transmission shifts smoothly, etc. Salvaged and rebuilt title vehicles often don't get the full inspection that most used cars do, so go in with a little bit of knowledge before you start pointing fingers. The used vehicle I purchased has a rebuilt title. There were things that it needed before I felt safe taking delivery. Have your own mechanic check it out before purchasing it. Be smart about your purchase.

I brought my Subaru Forester to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown for their Beat the Heat A/C special…read morebecause my air conditioning was working intermittently. They found the refrigerant was low, recharged the system, checked for leaks, replaced two O-rings, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, after the repair, the A/C would only stay cold for about 15-20 minutes before blowing warm air again. I brought it back six days later, and they determined that the A/C compressor was failing after it heated up. Because this required another diagnosis, there was initially going to be a $120 diagnostic fee. I explained that I felt this was related to the original issue I had brought the vehicle in for, and Brad Schatz took the time to listen to my concerns. He agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I thought was a fair resolution. No one likes having unexpected car problems, but what stood out to me was how Brad handled the situation. He treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make things right. That's the kind of customer service that earns my trust, and it's why I'm happy to leave a five-star review.

Well, let me save you the stress and worry, this is not one of those types of dealerships! Starting my experience with sales, Ethan Haycock, who from start to finish was on my side and totally transparent throughout the entire process! He fought to get me the best interest rate and worked with an amazing woman by the name of Brittany Given, and the man....Chris Fairclough the salesmanager, who also swung for the fences to get me the best APR! From there, I went to work with Steve Martinez, the finance director, who continued the experience of transparency and willingness to build my own custom coverage that fit my needs! After that, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Johana Cano, who helped me get familiar with all of the and outs on the Subaru touch screen platform and all the benefits of the vehicle. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough in explaining everything you need to know about your new vehicle! Finally, Carlos Andrade, and his service team...Issac, Bri, Ivan, Alex, Jerry, Brittany, Ethan, and Rachel are not only super helpful and personable...but they GENUINELY want your experience to be the absolute best! At the end of the day being in sales, I understand that margin is a part of sales....and I want them to make their portion, even though they don't make commission! The difference is with this dealership actually shows you that they are in your corner, every step of the wave of the process!
