It's not the biggest place and it's a bittt cramped, but it's incredibly organized. There are racks and racks of clothes for littles, a toy section, a section including bigger items such a car seats and bassinets, and more. The selection was incredible. There were a number of sales happening, and even a rack of $1 onesies but pricing beyond that could have been a wee bit lower, but what I saw was great quality. The cashier, Pina, offered no greeting and only spoke to push a credit card application. There was no thank-you, and I actually had to help sort my items because bath products and clothing were getting mixed together during bagging. I did try to call ahead and speak with Store Manager Stan before posting this, but the person who answered was reluctant to even share his name--which made it feel like feedback isn't welcomed. I'm still deciding whether to keep my purchases, because the experience really took the joy out of what should have been a fun shopping trip. But more than that, I want to see this store live up to its potential. Customer service matters, and I believe it can improve with attention and care. I'm sharing this not to criticize harshly, but in hopes that someone will listen and act.

I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). As always this location feels very disorganized, messy, and sort of empty. There's a lot of dead space that they could use to stock more items which sort of makes it feel like a thrift shop almost. Also on this visit I saw the same pair of shoes in 3 different sizes all with a different price. The store hasn't seen an updated in a hot minute, but it goes with the known aesthetic that Ross's are known for. Another thing that did not escape this location is the ratio of women's to men's clothing. If you are a lady, you are SET! Fellas, be prepared for disappointment for the most part. They do have a decent offering of home goods, which is one reason I pop into Ross. This time was to look for a nice button-up shirt. I ended up buying a dog bowl instead of shirt, if that tells you anything about selection. Service is hit and miss. The cashiers are always pleasant and efficient, but the folks on the floor are less than enthused to be asked for help. Overall, I know what to expect at Ross and I am solid with what they have to offer, so I will certainly be back to this spot and other Ross locations when the need arises.
