The items they have: great!! But the customer service is the worst I've ever had. I went to self checkout and my total came to like $90, which is a lot for me so I wanted to put a few things back. I clicked the help button, I looked for a bell, like I waited for 10 minutes. Then I just got the stuff I DID want to buy and I went to another self checkout and just bought my stuff on another register because I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes. I paid for everything I left the store with. This cashier follows me outside and says in front of tons of people "you didn't pay for that". Now I left the stuff I didn't want RIGHT ON the counter. I said to her that I did absolutely pay for my stuff and handed her my receipt. She still sits there and says to me "well that total was $90" and I said like do you want me to stand here and wait? She goes "no you're fine" and then goes back inside. She didn't even check my bag , just my receipt. I just don't understand that. That whole place is unprofessional and I guarantee management did nothing. read more
