I made an order May 14th for flowers to be delivered May 15th. Called on the day of May 15th…read more(Friday) to confirm it would be delivered; they confirmed the driver was out doing so. Received a confirmation email that it was delivered. Called the morning May 16th (Saturday) because the recipient reported it was not received. They told me that the driver didn't wind up delivering it. I chided them and they asked whether I wanted a refund or a Monday delivery. Poorly organized, deceitful, and very poor customer service.
