This location is one of my favorites. Located at the end of a very busy plaza, they still manage to keep the store organized and tidy on a consistent basis While other stores in the same plaza look like a tornado has recently torn through the aisles, I can count on this Five Below to be easy to shop, clean and well stocked. The staff at the registers are pleasant. They are there to assist if you have trouble at the self check out. Otherwise, they are hands off for the transaction, but make small talk anyway. I appreciate the attentiveness and interaction. It's much more natural than other stores that just ignore your entirely if you use self church out. I pass other locations to come here because I know they'll have a good selection of items! read more

We love the $5 shirts. We always stock up as gag gifts, stocking Stuffers or just for a good laugh. The store is always clean and stocked. I typically am able to find what I'm looking for and a few other goodies. Staff is friendly. They currently have awesome christmas pj's. Wish they had kid sizes in the christmas pj's. As of today there are UGA and Falcon fleece blankets. The UGA ones would be great for your pets. Go Clemson! Also saw grab and go games, like hungry Hippo and monopoly. FYI every boy in my house is getting the jumbo size whoopie cushion. Omg. Love a good fart joke. read more

This location is great! It is easy to get to. It looks like every other footprint I have ever been in. The salespeople are nice. I have been into this location at least three times. You cannot beat the prics for gift bags, tissue paper, electronic accessories. You can lose yourself in here going aisle to aisle. You may even end up spending more than you planned. read more

Store was tidy and organized. The staff very knowledgeable on the prooducts they sell. I needed a conversation kit for my phone to work with my car stereo. They recommended an fm auxiliary piece and a Bluetooth attachment which linked my phone directly to my car stereo. The setup is a three step process(activity fm frequently converter, activity Bluetooth, pair phone) but works pretty good overall. Call quality on the conversion kit is subpar but other than that no complaints, music quality is great and no issues connecting to my phone. I also got a charge cable, charge port, and phone mount with the conversation kit for only $30. Decent quality for the price, I'm happy with my purchase. read more

Still have good deals and low prices like in my old review but cashier Kristi is rude. Texting and using foul language in front of my niece was unacceptable and I look at her with a disapproving face. She rolls her eyes before checkout. After she checked us out (slower than the teenager next to her!) she threw away the receipt! My niece needed to go home and I tried to ask her about returns (purchased diary kits for nieces birthday, candy, salt rock lamps) but she ignored me and started with the next customer. When I came back in a few day after the party, returns were a hassle because of her lack of customer service. I still like to shop here but if you see Kristi is at the cashier area texting, just leave! read more

This is a great store for small kids and adult with a good sense of humor. They have tons of toys and books. They have great customer service. I wish they had iPhone 5s chargers. The only bad thing is they sometime show items in their ads but not all stores carry them. Other than that they are a great store! read more

Imagine a happy dollar store: a dollar store without cleaning products, without cheap dishes and cups, without cheap kitchen implements. Imagine a dollar store full of candy and games, full of hair bows and wrapping paper. That is five below. FB has a great selection of junk to go in a gift bag for kids under 12. They have a fabulous selection of phone cases. They have puzzles and games. And the kicker is that everything costs $5 or less. This is the kind of place I think most will either love or hate. Nice employees, nothing over $5.00 had to come get a car charger cable for my iPhone for a car I just bought the other day, bought the 3ft Rose Gold one. My hubby and I Always buy our iPhone cables here , the 10ft ones for our home , great prices! Even got some cute black flat dress shoes originally $5 was marked 2.50 plus half off so paid hardly anything for the cute shoes , yeah they won't last for long but are just going to be kept in my car for backup shoes lol they have a lot of cool tee shirts but the biggest side is 2x and those get gone real real fast and I like my extra big but maybe next time will find one , they have sandals and flip flops for $5, shirts all kind of shorts for $5.00 also a lot of makeup and toiletries less than 5.00. When I come see family out of town I'd rather come get for forgotten toiletries , makeup, shoes than go to Walmart where you have to wait in long lines read more

Lots of rah-rah in the parking lot for this grand opening caught our eyes as we came out of shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods, so we gave it a look-see. Items $5.00 and under are featured. The presentation, music, and merchandise in this store reminded me of a beach-front tourist store, with some staple goods such as towels, socks, pots, and pans, with a colorful blend of plastic and seasonal goods, party items, games, swim suits, sandals, water blasters and a ton of kitsch. Parents of small children: have a caution since some of the novelties and trick shop items have -er- colorful potty humor flamboyantly displayed on them. The pricing is pretty good on most things, but slightly high on packaged candies and snacks. The Haribo brand snacks and candies were 15-25% higher than Super H Mart, but then where you gonna find a Super H in Cumming, Georgia. A teensy package of norimake arare was $2.49. I ended up grabbing an obnoxious refrigerator magnet ($3.00) to give as a surprise to one of my in-laws, only because it was so perfect. Might go back if I feel an overpowering need for a hula hoop or a swim noodle. read more

I am completely disappointed with the service at this store. I asked to buy something off display that I had previously bought off display at the Five Below and was told no that they don't sell display items. I politely asked to speak with the manager to see if he/she might be able to sell them when the two rude girls at the counter began laughing and one very rudely said "I am the manager". These two girls then continued to eye each other and smirk while my friend and I were checking out and even laughed and discussed it to each other as we walked out of the store. I didn't make a big deal of it so I didn't understand why they were so rude. They also will not I've cash back for items even if you have your receipt. They will only do an even exchange or store credit. If they don't sell displays then they need to take the Huge $5 sign off of the displays and completely get rid of them. They just made me decide to go to the John's Creek store from now on. read more

i want to give a big shout out to Tyler who went beyond what was required to help. I purchased a couple of small white wire baskets in mid August and wanted 2 more. They did not have them and he called around to some of there other locations to locate them for me. He found some in Kennesaw, and although it has taken a while for me to get them, he was persistent and today I have the needed baskets!. I really appreciate the effort made for a small sale, but he was tenacious and very kind through the whole process. I am very sorry that the other reviewer, Genia S, had a bad experience with the female cashiers. Give this store another try and ask for Tyler--you won't be disappointed. read more
