The vanilla caramels are creamy, soft, and melt in your mouth. You have to try them. The chocolate caramels are unique and incredibly rich in flavor. They are fantastic. I love the Hazelnut Melt-aways and the Irish Mints. I'm too cheap to try the truffles but if they are like the other candies, the nuns have perfected them. There is a small gift shop that is often unstaffed. You select what you wish to purchase and put the money into a box with a slot. No cash or check? No candy... You can always order them on the Internet, though. Don't forget... The Almighty is watching over the gift shop even if nobody is there to take your money ... so be honest! The store is very small. They sell some jewelry items, maple syrup, caramels, chocolates, boxes of chocolates.
