On the 14th, I received an email stating that it was delayed and would be ready for pick up within 3-5 days. After waiting until the early evening, after 5PM on the 22nd, I called corporate and requested a refund. Lots of drama!!! Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone, verifying who I was, they had to contact the store to make sure it wasn't there and that I hadn't picked it up. I was informed that I would have to wait a week for a refund. Later that night, after 11PM, I was sent an email stating that my order was ready for pick up. Next morning I received an email thanking me for picking up my order. What a waste of time!!!! I will continue to shop the store in person. But will NEVER order online, for pick up again. I hope I get my refund!!!

Daiso reminds me of the Japanese version of the dollar tree. I love how they have items that you…read moremight want, haven't thought of but want and needs. The prices are affordable and they have plenty of options for gift ideas for loved ones. They also have a selection of food, dessert, snacks and candy available. Alright, I'm deducting 2 stars now. It happens every time I go to this location that I'm…read moreovercharged! This time I was vigilant and watching the price, but still something slipped by and I was charged double than what was advertised. I had gotten home before I saw it, so I'm sol because I am not able to drive all the way back. Also, the cart that the cashier put my groceries into did not have a quarter in it, so I had to run inside and get my quarter back! That means I had to leave my children in the car (I had already loaded everything and everyone into my vehicle) while I'm waiting for her to finish the transaction she was working on. The third issue with this location, they have higher prices on coffee and other items than the location I normally visit. Crazy because they're both within 20 minutes of each other! I guess Alliance can justify charging more all-around because people just pay it and don't argue. It's just not worth my effort to shop at this location. I can just shop closer to home and save myself the cart shuffling and price corrections, as well as gas.

It wasn't until today when my HMUA told me that I should get a necklace to complement my holiday dress at Sam Moon that I made my first visit. They have so many accessories - earrings, belts, necklaces, socks, hats, etc. if you're looking for Christmas stuff, they definitely have those out already. I needed a bling necklace with white stones, and found so many good options. Everything was easy to find and affordable. Of course, they're just fun fashion jewelry. I was literally in and out within 10 minutes. They also have decked out luggages along with cute plush tags. I ran into some handmade Lafufu luggage tags and just had to get them. Funny that the Lafufu plushes had the sensor tags on them since they're hot commodity right now. I guess I need more time to adequately explore this place. Honestly, the only thing that put Belk on my radar today is the fact that I recently put the Rakuten app on my phone and this store popped up as a participant. And also, since it's the holidays I could end up anywhere shopping for gifts. I did buy a nice, festive queen sheet set and a super cute baby gift for my granddaughter. Speaking of my granddaughter, I do not recommend shopping here with your baby or toddler unless you have their stroller with you. This Belk has the tiniest shopping cart model made I'm pretty sure.
