I'm kind of at a loss how to rate this place. In one respect it's everything I hate about shopping haha but also, it's pretty great! The store is jam packed, just stuffed with every bit of product they can. There are several categories of goods, clearly marked : make up, candies, crafty type stuff, bedroom stuff - so much cute decorating items. Lots of themed stuff. I could totally see getting a last minute gift here. I was impressed with how clean the store was considering just how much stuff is packed in here and I really didn't see many employees (although the ones at the check out area didn't look like employees so maybe I just didn't notice them). Check out was interesting- all self check out with two employees vigilantly checking on everyone. Pretty efficient! I hate to say but I'm sure I'll be back!! read more

This store seems to be more disorganized compared to the other stores I have been to. They have good selection of items. Found some cute poke balls for stocking stuffers. Wow I came into this store and I was delighted with the wide variety of just about anything you may be looking for. Prices can't be beat, I love their art supply section and bought a few items alter they are a decent quality I realize there are places with higher quality items but for beginners and amateur artist you can find great items. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I had to run in when the power went down last week to snag a car phone charger and they had so many options. Way better prices than Walmart that's for sure. The lady at the front of the store helping everyone check out was pretty cool. She had one of those karaoke microphones and was talking with people on it. It was a different, but fun experience. I'll be going back there today to see if they have any of those karaoke microphones for my son. He loves to sing. read more

All the teachers got a gift. No stress. All the family got a gift. No stress. Heck even frenemies got a gift. No matter what the occasion this is the spizzo por vida. I could not believe all the great bargains I got. I even went shopping with my daughter and she was clueless that half of the items are for her for Christmas debut. I've been looking for a mini brush everywhere since mine was stolen and they have exactly the one I've been looking for! ;) They have all kind of different stuff! Pretty good! Over glamourfied dollar store. Came here with some high expectations and honestly I wasn't disappointed. They do offer a wide variety of items at good prices but you sometimes have to do some searching for prices of items that are above $5 like their electronics. They need to label their prices better in this department. Also they have items tucked next to the main entrance which I wish I had seen walking in and not as I was walking out after I had paid. To pay it's mostly self serve kiosks that only take cards and one manned by a human being that takes cash. Makes for a slightly confusing check out if you've never been here before. The isles are narrow and can get a little cramped with other shoppers so be ready to walk around isles to get around. Good selection of toys, candies and books. Overall a decent little store to browse for cheap stuff. Crappy location for parking, but easy to find. I'll be back one day. read more

My first time in a Five Below as they're new to the Valley. They took over the building from Charming Charlie's. The store is pretty big and everything in the store is $5 or less. It's a standard dollar/ discount store most people are familiar with. They have seasonal items (Halloween right now so costumes and decorations), food and snacks, toys, home decor, office/ school supplies, makeup and clothing. I saw name brand items as well as unbranded items. I love a good dollar/ discount store so I welcome this new addition. It seems a little out of place at the mall, but it's also a good fit. I think kids/ teens hanging out at the mall will appreciate the inexpensive drinks/ snacks. If you need a last minute or a convenient greeting card for a gift you got at the mall it's right here. I don't remember seeing gift bags and stuff like that, but I could have easily missed it. Discount stores always change up their merchandise so itms probably worth checking out once or twice at least. They did have a pretty good sizes selection of cellphone cases and tech accessories. They have a $5 graphic tee wall in the back which I thought was a good deal. I ended picking one up since I liked the design and it pretty soft so we'll see how well it lasts. read more

I didn't realize Fresno has a Five Below now until I randomly drove by this the other day. We have these in Chicago, and I was never that impressed, but my parents were curious so we decided to pop in. It was actually better than I expected. They have a bunch of cute arts, crafts, puzzles, and books for kids. They also have a really interesting books section that was unique and engaging. I was tempted to buy a bunch of them but didn't want to carry them all onto the plane. They have mad libs, folks! Poetry books. Writing prompts. Super cute journals. Cook books. I could have easily spent over an hour just looking through that table of books. They also have a bunch of work out props, weights, etc. If I lived here, I would definitely stock up for home. It's not as robust as the ones I am used to, but they did have some gems in there so I would recommend checking it out. If you're into Dollar Tree or Big Lots, give this place a go! read more

I had waited till the absolute last minute to get Christmas gifts for the family, so I made a stop by Five Below and MAN. Was that the best idea yet! This store has a gift for just about everyone in the family! Gaming electronics for the siblings, makeup for my mom, board games and toys for the kiddos, books for the bookworm, art supplies, clothes, and SO MUCH MORE! And all priced conveniently low and reasonable. Prices are a bit more than "Five" now, but the prices match the products, and things are generally still $5 for the most part. They also have a HUGE snack and candy section with many different exotic flavors and candies. Despite it being Christmas Eve when I went, they were still doing everything they could to keep the store clean and stocked. Customer service was incredibly kind and helped check us out quickly! I absolutely love this store now and look forward to shopping for myself in the future, haha read more

Well lets just say if you have 5 minutes or so to spend time and explore, then Five Below may be the spot. This store appears to have opened. Its an unusual store with things, from few toys, candy, in expensive t-shirts and such. This store sorta reminds me a dollar store, has a lot of fun things but are not used everyday. I'd say if your interested in inexpensive charge for your phone or phone case, candy for the movies and economical toys, then Id say this would b the spot.Shelves and items not stocked and opened so be cautious. I truly can not give a recommendation for something here seeing as what this store offers is not truly within my needing of items. Stumbled upon this place while near the mall. It was a Saturday night and a very busy parking lot, parking was horrible. We parked near Union Bank and walked over. It's very bright inside. It's a decent size store but not well put together. Shelves were pretty empty all over the store and things were out of place. Now the prices of items aren't bad, everything was $5 or less (hence five below). I didn't really notice workers in the store, except for the register area. They have lots of miscellaneous items like phone chargers, cases, workout items, kids toys, pens, shirts, wet n wild makeup, hair accessories, party supplies and other random items. The store floor was dirty. It has self service registers, you can pay with cash or card. If your looking for cheap random things than check this place out. read more

Came here on Saturday, July 9th. At 8 p.m. I asked a sales associate with a pierced eyebrow if I could use their restroom. However, she said no, as she was cleaning both restrooms, and they were shutdown for the rest of the night. Another employee said it is their policy to do that. That is a terrible policy and poor customer service. My advice to management is to revisit this policy and change it. This effects customers with disabilities and it truly isn't fair. read more

Basically a glorified dollar tree. Half of the shit here isn't worth $5 let's be honest. Lol. Some cool finds but be careful with ur excitement. Went on the first day of opening. Saw a lady stealing pieces of 10 cent candy so the employees need to be more watchful. Store was clean . Customer service was nice but again it was the first day. They also need to be mindful of how they come up behind people at the check out because this is Fresno girls, we don't like this shit. read more

Hours indicated they close at 9pm. I tried walking in at 8:25 and doors were already locked. Needed last minute things and drove 25 min to get here and doors be locked before designated hours. Unhappy. read more
