My mother and I were at Kohls last night. We ended up closing the store. I understand that the…read moreworkers want to get out; but the supervisor or a whatever the girl was there was not friendly. She wasn't our cashier it was a nice gentleman whom handled our transaction well. The girl on the the other hand was to busy to really deal with us. Yes she folded clothes and put them in the bags but was to busy talking with an associate about a nail polish color and avoiding our existence as little as possible. We had two garments which one was lower than the other and we wanted to know why. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID THE UPCS WERE DIFFERENT! She gave us no specific reason why the prices were different just that it was to big of a difference for her to change it. My mom spends thousands of dollars in their store and for seven damn dollars they wouldn't lower the price. Really? I called today and the manager said they were different UPC well she never said that and it still doesn't excuse the way she treated us. Basically hurry up and get out attitude. Well lady have you ever heard of job security whom do you think keeps your job going THE CUSTOMERS!

I'm a bit partial to the Petoskey location, but this store is clean and carries pretty much the same stuff (most of which we'd be better off without). We spent $157 on what-I-don't-know. Towels, a shower rod, curtains, a floor mat and a book. The rest was junk we shouldn't eat. Oh well. This is actually a good k cup supply store if you aren't particular about your brew. The price is hard to beat. The three folks we talked to weren't too excited to be working at BL's ona Saturday night or not too excited to help us. However, I just feel that not all but some of the employees act snooty like they have to act upper class in order to sell make up. I hesitated to post this, but every time I go in, I find that there are some down to earth, helpful people, and subsequently, there are others who seem short with me and just have a feeling that they're better than me or anyone else and trying to rush me when I have a question. I don't know if there are any classes you can give them, but we actually had to go to these type of classes while in the Medical field . It really makes a difference in how you respond to customers . And then again, there are such wide varieties of personalities nowadays but maybe that is their natural personality. it's just that I think they could do a little bit better on their customer service areas. Other than that, this is a great location, a very clean store with a lot of various products of which one can indulge.

Service here is top notch. When I approached the store two…read moreemployees were shoveling snow. When I opened the door I was warmly greeted by a young lady who asked if she could help. When I told here I needed water heater parts, she said she wasn't familiar with that but immediately called one of the shovelers to help me. I got all the parts I needed and the Asst. Mgr Evans was so helpful. Pointed me to a good meter and made sure I got the right parts and a universal water heater socket wrench. When I got back and tried to replace the heater probe I found it was bound in pretty tight and the universal wrench was too sloppy a fit. Called Gill-Roy's and talked to Evan; he verified it had a wrench that would work and when I got back to the store, it was on the counter waiting for me. If you want good service, quality parts and reasonable price, this is the place.

She looked up a couple prices for me and found out that one thing I needed was discontinued like forever because they revised a list. Although they didn't have the 50% off coupons now they continue to have sales. I wasn't able to find everything I needed as in the past before they did this revision, but I'll always go back to Hobby Lobby and this is a wonderful location.

Used to be that everything in the place was a buck, now the prices are $1.25. Personally, I think the "$1.25 Store" would be a cool name. Explains why I don't own a retail business. If you don't shop here, you should check it out. They actually carry name brand merchandise and smaller size packaging, to keep the cost down.
