I've pretty much depleted my decades long accumulation of baseball cards so now I'm into selling off my football cards. I walked into DJ's Comics and Cards to sell six vintage New York Giants cards from the late 1950's and early 1960's. I had done my pricing research, and after correcting for condition and selling to a retailer, I had an idea what to ask for. He offered me $5 less than my assesment, so I countered with his cash offer plus $5 in store credit and that clinched the deal. I ended up using the store credit toward buying a Tom Brady and a Kobe Bryant card for my grandson. DJ's made me a very fair offer and we were both satisfied with the outcome. The store has quite a bit more comics than cards, but I sure enjoyed looking at the shopwcases and rummaging through the commons boxes.

They sell everywhere for between a buck and a buck and a half. I found them here for $0.75. We found some flavored coffee K-pods (Girl Scout Caramel Coconut) at a rock bottom cost of $6.50 for 18 pods (well below our unofficial benchmark of fifty cents per). We got a bottle of soy sauce for a buck, a jar of salsa for 2 bucks, a box of Kind Kids chocolate chip granola bars for $2.50, and some huge bags of Halloween candy for a ten-spot. Absolutely not. I will never return to this location. Go anywhere else…read more It was dirty. Disorganized. Water all over the floor and piles of towels and paper towels just thrown about. Most of the freezer cases were empty or the lights were out. Food all over the clothing areas as well. Barely any fruit or vegetables, and what was available was moldy or damaged. Only about two registers open, and self checkout completely closed. No one available to help in the store and most employees ignore you. I regret going.

I have to say that Andrew went above and beyond to make it a positive experience for us stopping in and instead of just telling us he couldn't play/ wasn't able based off his level and skill, Andrew turned it into a learning opportunity to have my son understand the tournament game rules, watch matches and providing my son and friends a space to play/practice with the game . My son struggles with social settings and social/emotional norms often and tends to self isolate, You have no clue how much that kindness was so very appreciated .
