I got home and I didn't check my things right away. The next day when I checked I only had three pair of shoes with 3 boxes. I called. And spoke to someone that claimed to be a manager they said they would investigate the situation. They claimed to have check cameras, and they claimed that the shoes were in the bag, but the shoes never made it home with me. I'm a professional medical provider I have two twin boys, a husband there is no other female in the house and I know what I saw and how this person was acting at the register. Just make sure you check your items before leaving this store! Especially when you have someone that's bagging your stuff on the ground versus on the countertop!

You never know if you're going to…read morefind that designer bag or shoes for 80% off or if all you're going to find is the Nordstrom rack brand items. That's what makes it fun! The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. Overall I think visiting this location is fun and I rarely leave empty handed!

On my last full day in the Twin Cities, I crammed a lot in. I was in the Maple Grove area and…read morewanted to visit a Target before I left. I found this one. Perfect! It was doing good business on a Tuesday afternoon. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into an available one and walked into the store. Ulta Beauty is now a part of many Target stores. I like the setup. Kohl's has Sephora. Target has countered with Ulta Beauty. Cool! I looked at jewellery and hair accessories. I liked the earrings and hairbands. They looked modern and affordable. I also ventured into the handbag section. You can find everything from crossbody to puffy purses. Oreo Coca-Cola cookies were all the rage. I found them and decided to get a package. I had already consumed the drink version of this collaboration and was curious about the cookie format. While at the checkout, I saw Ice Breakers sparkling candies. I got the pineapple mango seltzer. The woman at the checkout was great. She placed both items in a bag. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and I was done. I thanked her and left the store. I then drove over to the Xcel Energy Center for the Wild game while enjoying my purchases. I liked the Oreo Coca-Cola cookies. They tasted like Coke at first. They then tasted like vanilla. I didn't mind it either way. There was a brief crunch popping experience, likely to simulate the fizziness of the drink itself. It was different. The cookie part tastes like an Oreo. The only difference is that one side of the cookie is red and has Coke branding. I liked the ice Breakers sparkling candies. They do fizz a bit, similar to the Oreos. The pineapple mango flavours were delightful. I brought both items back home with me. The Oreos are long gone. I continue to enjoy the Ice Breakers. This store has a snack bar. It also has a Starbucks cafe. I didn't need to get anything from them, but it's good to know that they are there. I liked visiting this store. I'd return again when I'm not as pressed for time getting to a Wild hockey game. (412)

The staff isn't very helpful and people make excuses because MN is the mother ship. I have started weaning my family off this place and I haven't appreciate the pandering to cultural issues when I simply want groceries and meds and want to be left alone. When I do come now it's for the pharmacy which I am disappointed is in Target. Another day where they don't have what I needed.

Mode just doesn't seem to be the place for me. It's full of super-trendy castoffs (mostly "Soprano"…read morebrand clothing for the tops) that are pretty cheaply made. Most of the shirts look like they would start pilling/fading if you glanced at them the wrong way. I'm not opposed to trendy, either, but these fall on the kinda-ugly side of trendy. Their "designer" $40 jeans are made of extremely thin material, and while they have signs citing (with pictures) which celebrities wore the jeans...well, I just don't feel like spending my money on stuff that's going to fall apart with one washing. Maybe if you're a celebrity you can roll that way. Me? Not so much. The selection is pretty tiny and very limited to a narrow *type* of clothing. I was looking for a dress, but couldn't find anything that I couldn't find in Forever 21. If you like disposable, trendy clothing, this might be the place for you. Otherwise? Notsomuch.

I was pleasantly surprised on the denim selection. They have limited house/home decor, but great little finds. Don't plan on getting a whole new wardrobe there, but it is a cute little store. The staff is extremely helpful and kind (and even remember you!!) Suggestion: -Little perfume at the counter (I wore the red one with compliments) -Bargain Bins (hidden jems) -Miss Jeans are a little longer in length. -They get their new shipments on Thursdays (This note might be a regret if they have more customers!!)

Well-organized Grand Opening weekend, too, thanks to the great staff. Thanks, Daiso!
