The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. I'm a professional medical provider I have two twin boys, a husband there is no other female in the house and I know what I saw and how this person was acting at the register. Just make sure you check your items before leaving this store! Especially when you have someone that's bagging your stuff on the ground versus on the countertop!

Anyways, the rude clerk spend time away, 15 minutes, supposedly talking to a manager and returned to us saying I love you to whomever was on the phone. Said she could do nothing but suggested them being sewn up. I opted doing this knowing the outcome would not be good. Well, when I picked them up after no one notifying me they were back after a poor repair it was just sewn up leaving patches in areas on the wrong side of the jeans that would irritate my skin, etc. Can't believe they would even have wanted me to see this poor sewing job. finally called management and they had me send in the pictures of the jeans and agreed and I have sent the jeans back to them for a full refund. It would have just been so easy to do the refund at the Maple Grove store but these clerks were very adament and rude showing disrespect and not following the good return policy that Buckle supposedly has. Started by a local couple with one store ( Run n Fun) in St Paul and built into five locations, now branded TC Running and run by one of the former employees. Many of the employees have continued to stay working here even with the changes and the stores continue to serve the community with their Run Squad membership available to be part of a running group and have extra benefits. Also they are active in local track teams helping supply needed quality gear. We stopped tshopping for our yearly upgrade of our shoes after many miles have worn out last years. The service was top notch as always. Thanks to Mary at St. Paul store and Ryan at the Maple Grove store. I don't…read moreusually shop at Marshall's as there aren't really many and it's always a hit or miss, but this location seemed larger than others I've been to. The store was bright, clean, and well-organized. Clothing and shoe selection was pretty solid, though the home section didn't have much to offer. The quick interaction with staff was fine during checkout for my earring purchase. I always love when I find great deals at Marshall's. If I'm in the area again, I'd likely make a stop here.
