I killed some time shopping here before the yelp event in Woodbury. There was really cool mens shoes with skulls on them. Too big. There was a cute brown sweater but was so thin, you'd have to wear a camisole underneath. I had a $10 virtual gift card to spend. There are no Nordstrom Rack stores in my area, and I wanted to find something. I found some blonde conditioner. A pet peave of mine is no price tags or stickers. There is some Clinique makeup but no prices. I brought the blonde conditioner to the front. I'm hoping it was under $20. It scanned at $10.99. I owed $1.90 in overage and tax. I use blonde conditioner for my silver hair. They have some type of rewards program, but I live far away from Nordstrom Rack, and I rarely go to Mall of America. read more

I enjoy going to this Nordstrom in Woodbury. They have some great deals on everything from shoes to makeup/perfume, luggage, snacks, clothing and much much more. I just purchased some sketchers for my kiddo since he goes through them so quickly. They had plenty of sneaker options and a no wait checkout line which is great. I really like the styles they have, but Everytime I shop here it's always a long line. I also wish they had more in each size. I seem to find a lot of shirts and jeans I like, but never in my size. The store is always clean and the store reps are always super nice. There is also plenary of parking available. read more

I was impressed with this Nordstrom Rack! Everything was clean, easy to find, and well stocked. I tend to gravitate towards the shoe section was it was super organized. (They even had the fake socks to wear while trying on). My only complaint is that some of the shelves in the men's shoe section were a bit too tall for me haha! read more

I moved to Nebraska and we don't have Nordstrom Rack. I was excited to stop in while I was home over the holiday. We got there at 5:20 when they close at 6 on Christmas Eve. I get that it's Christmas Eve - you want to get home; but you're open, you're working and you're in customer service and retail. They made SEVEN announcements telling people to bring their selections "to the cash register immediately" beginning at 5:27. They then started adding that they were "closed" at 5:40. At 5:48, Vicki, who appeared to be a store manager, approached us and asked if we were almost done because they were closed. They were quite literally harassing us out of the store along with at least 10-15 other customers well before closing. I worked customer service for a long time, and especially somewhere "higher end" like Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack - this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention we drove a good 30 minutes to get here. I have never visited this location before and never will again. read more

This place is close to 3m. I did a victory dance when I heard Nordstrom Rack is coming to Woodbury. I have since visited this place more than twice a month! I used to have to drive to Maple Grove for my favorite store. I have found so many neat deals here. Their Tory Burch shoes selection is amazing! I even found a Manduka yoga towel that normally goes for around $60 and I got mine for $25. Score!!! They have a great selection of beauty products. They have a lot of Kate Spade, Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs purses and wallets. So much to see, I always spend more than an hour walking through this store. This store is always neat and clean. There are lots of staff walking around and lots of check out counters. They are usually friendly and courteous. Their check out process and returns are always smooth. I think as long as you are not scamming the system by trying to return used goods plus show your receipt, there should not be any questions or hesitations to accept your return. I was lucky enough to receive a special invitation to the grand opening two days before the official grand opening. Yay! I am glad I RSVP'd when I received the email! As soon as we entered (quite a few of us were patiently waiting for the doors to open) we were greeted with claps and cheers from the enthusiastic employees. Free beer, free food and a wonderful new store for Woodbury.Win, win, win! This store is a much smaller (& tidier) version of the MOA Nordstrom Rack. Even though it is a smaller store, (size isn't everything) there is plenty to look through and choose from! When I entered I practically ran to the accessories/cosmetics department. I was so happy I stopped by because I found so many treasures here. Bliss, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Philosophy, Lipstick Queen, Kiels, The Balm and so many more high end cosmetic brands can be found here. Take a peek, you will find something you "need" for sure! Overall this store seems to offer great apparel, accessories and more for a great discounted price. Who wants to pay $200 for jeans when you can pay under $60 for the same damn pair? I usually come to this location since it's the closest to me. Every time I stop by, I don't have a problem or issue with the store or the staff. The store is usually neat and organized. The staff has been friendly and I haven't encountered an issue. I love the selection of items and products they have at this location; will be back here again! read more

I was very excited to see Nordstrom Rack coming to Woodbury. I visited it a few weeks after it had opened. I didn't have a lot of time, but found a cute dress I wanted to try on for a charity event I was attending soon. I took the dress to the fitting room in 2 sizes. I had no other items with me. I asked for a fitting room, showing the attendant the 2 dresses. She then asked me if the purse I was carrying was my "personal" purse (which happened to be Michael Kors). I was so stunned that I simply answered yes and went on in to try on my dresses. The more I thought about her question, the more upset I became. I did speak with someone near the front of the store whom claimed she was a manager. She did not apologize or act like that line questioning was even unacceptable. I like the quality, the deals and the cleanliness of the store and the lines are never super long. Definitely worth the drive from Eagan.

This was my first and last experience with this Nortstroms Rack. I had ordered 3 pair of boots, one came in wide calf, which I didn't order and one pair of winter boots came in the wrong color, with a label stuck over the color I wanted with what ever color they decided to send its place. SO, I brought them to the Woodbury Nortstroms Rack to return them. There was a line of about 5-6 people and only one cashier. I NICELY asked the young, Asian worker (5:00 pm on Sunday, October 28, I put this date so hopefully the store manager can figure out who this rude employee was) if it was possible to call any other cashiers. She looked up and just glared at me, all the other people in the line looked at me and said OMG, I can't believe the death glance you just got. I was the lucky individual that had her to do my exchange. She NEVER greeted me, I told her I was returning and the issue I had with the wrong color and label that was clearly stuck over the right color. I asked her what they could do and without looking at me said reorder them. She handed me my receipts and called for the next person in line. NEVER would I employee this person or anyone like her - totally not liking her job and certainly not worthy of being in a position where she is customer facing - good place for her would be back in the stock room unloading trucks or sorting items. read more
