There are even items available for adults! the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice group of kids, always willing to assist a customer. They even have a return policy now! You can't get your money back, but you can exchange an item. A perfect place to buy gifts for needy children. You can afford to buy many gifts so the child has a lot of presents to open. I would love to see an exchange policy which would allow a customer to donate money so someone who wants to donate presents during holiday time can do so by using the donated money to purchase for needy children.

She gives you the vibe that if you're not dressed in designer clothes from head to toe, she's not going to pay much attention to you. I was dressed nicely, but maybe not to her "standards". The fitting rooms and sale section are on this floor too. The checkout counter on this floor is bigger. We went to the store during black Friday, as they were having up to 40% sale storewide. I asked if I can purchase them ( let's keep in mind that it's out on the sales floor behind the cashier openly visible meaning a customer can buy them) but the cashier was informing me that I can't buy them due to a male employee who works there and threatens her to not sell them to the public because actually he buys them all to resell the Pokémon packs for a much higher price . She also informed me that since he works there he is given a employee discount, so not only does he threaten the cashier to not sell the merchandise available to customers, he is given a employee discount AND resells them.
