I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. Prices vary based on product, but mostly they are in medium range. There's also a big sales collection as well. The aisles between racks are slim, very hard to walk by another person. Jennifer, along with Jacky, made every visit enjoyable. Their energy, attentiveness, and care set them apart in a way that's hard to find. They didn't just work there they elevated the entire shopping experience. Which is why it's so frustrating and disappointing that neither of them seem to be there anymore. The turnover at this location feels constant every time I walk in, there are new faces, and the atmosphere has completely changed. It no longer feels welcoming, and honestly, it makes me not want to shop at the Paramus location at all. For customers like me who spend a significant amount of money and time in this store, the experience matters just as much as the products.
