Tried this food truck at Flying Machine in Wilmington. Facebook or their website is a good way to…read morefind out where they will be. They usually travel on the east coast of NC. I like how they provide a pager so you didn't have to wait in front of the truck until your food is ready. The owner was friendly and helpful in picking out entrees. I ordered the Scenario sliders and husband ordered the CowDogPig sliders. Each one came with 2 sliders. The Scenario was good but I liked the CowDogPig better. The Scenario contained 2 thin beef patties topped with American cheese, pulled pork, slaw, blue cheese dressing, and bacon jam. The pulled pork didn't have much flavor, just slightly sweet. The combination of all of the ingredients and flavors made it taste good. The CowDogPig had thin beef patties, cheese, Nathan's beef hot dog, grilled jalapenos and onions, and bacon jam. I will definitely get the CowDogPig next time! The Scenario sliders were enough for me but husband was still a little hungry. So you may want to order one of the tator tot sides or more sliders to make your meal filling.

The kids burgers were great portions and the tots were simple but enjoyable. They could spruce up the outside of the truck to bring people in but I'd say they are on the right track overall.

I really do love this place, so I want to preface this by saying this comes from someone who…read moregenuinely wants to see you all thrive. I'm a local music teacher, and I often meet potential clients here instead of Starbucks because I'd much rather support a local business. This morning (7/31/26 around 9:00 AM), I had my two girls with me, ages 3 and 1. I completely understand this coffee shop is geared more toward adults, and I don't expect anyone else to parent my children. With a little supervision, though, they're usually happy to sit in the front area with a pastry and hot chocolate while I meet my client, who today was a no show lol. Today, my hands were obviously full with a baby on my hip, so I was microwaving cinnamon rolls one at a time while making sure my 3-year-old wasn't getting into anything. That's just part of being a mom, and I didn't mind doing it. What stood out was that when I asked if there were any napkins, I was told, "Nope, I think we're out." I assumed someone might grab a paper towel or another option from the back, but after waiting a few minutes while my daughter kept saying, "Mommy, sticky," I realized that wasn't happening. I finally just told her to wipe her hands on my pants because we didn't have anything else. Then I went looking for utensils to make things a little less messy and found only one fork, so my daughter and I shared it. I know these seem like small things, but my family owned a restaurant growing up, so I also know how much the little moments shape whether someone feels cared for. We live in an area with a lot of young families, and even small gestures like having napkins stocked, keeping utensils available, or offering a paper towel when someone is clearly juggling little kids can make people feel genuinely welcomed. I'll absolutely continue coming back because I really enjoy supporting your business and bringing my students there for meetings. I just wanted to share this experience because I thought it was something the owner would want to know. I hope it's received in the spirit it's intended: not as a complaint, but as feedback from someone who truly wants to see this place continue to succeed.
