Not my favorite location. Staff was a little sleepy. They gave me extra ketchup instead of extra mustard. Ketchup does not belong on a burger unless you can wear at least 3 of your own Chiefs Superbowl rings and pick that burger up. He gets a pass. But, gross. The fries were not super warm. I was at the Belton location earlier today. All the staff was so polite and smiles! The place was clean, even though it was very busy. Sadly, there was a lady who made a spectacle of herself by bringing up the ketchup container with pumps to the counter and slammed them down loudly announcing she is helping the staff do their job because everybody here wants ketchup. Literally, nobody was wanting any ketchup. The staff had been handing them to people when they asked for it. The staff did bring out ketchup packets and made them available until they could clean and refill the ketchup pump containers. I was quite impressed with how professional everybody was. They took care of everybody who was placing orders. And then they took care of the ketchup containers and brought them out. It's so sad when one customer feels they need to have the attention. She was out of line and just a bit extra. Five stars to the staff. Zero stars for the rude lady. read more

Food is a good here as it is at any other Five Guys, and historically has been my favorite fast food burger joint. The burgers here are like really good back yard burgers you'd make at home. The restaurant is simple and clean, and I'm always a big fan of free peanuts. The service is a little hit or miss though, I don't think it's their fault exactly I think they get inundated with DoorDash orders and the service in the store takes a hit. read more

Oh my goodness! Belton welcomed Five Guys on Monday, 2/3/2020! Move over Culver's and Freddy's, there's a new burger joint in town! A single cheeseburger comes with two thick patties and the fries are made from Idaho potatoes! There's noothing like home style cut fries! Yummmm-meeeee! My order consisted of a cheeseburger $7.79, small fries $2.89, and a milkshake $4.59 ($total $16.66). It May be expensive but it's worth it! Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. It is located in the Cedar Tree Square strip mall, in the parking lot where Planet Fitness is located. I can honestly see the parking lot being full again with this establishment on site. When it's warmer, you will be able to sit outside on patio furniture. They only have three on the patio, in front of the restaurant. read more

Five guys? More like 3 guys! It took 30 minutes to get our order out, and there was no one ahead of us in line when we ordered. I went up to ask about our food, and they had more than a dozen burgers stacked up and waiting. They are understaffed, but still unacceptable. Would not recommend until they get more people or train them better. read more

This place in the past couple years has been hit or miss, but lately (I don't know if management changed or something?) I'm more and more impressed! I'm gluten-free and they were willing to make accommodations for me, Reina specifically was polite and cheerful to help me out. Oh Five Guys how you have screwed me! I campaigned to try Five Guys again! We had tried it once before but we didn't like it to much. It was a different location many years ago so I suggest we try again maybe it will be better! Nope! I ordered inside, a triple bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, & pickle! A double cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms & mayo. A hot dog Reg. Fry and a Cajun Fry! Took about 20 minutes to get my order and they didn't give me my Cajun Fry, I notified fry guy before I left and he gave me my fry. Get home and get everything out and start looking at our burgers and the patties are burnt to a crisp. I call up there and ask to speak to the manager, he immediately tells me he's replaced the person on the grill and asked me how he can fix it? I asked him to remake everything and he agreed. I drive back up there and to his word he's replaced the grill person and is manning the grill himself. I give him my receipt and he rings everything up and has it remade! Another 20 minutes go by waiting for my food again! I appreciate the made to order way they work! I didn't mind the 1st 20 minutes but after driving home and back and home again you're looking at an hour or so just to get a couple of cheeseburgers and fries! After all that the burgers were better but the grease had soaked the bun and it was just a bad experience all around. I decided on the 3 stars only because the manager was nice and tried to fix the problem but it was just already a mess. I don't see me getting Five Guys again anytime soon. :-( read more

This place is insane I have ordered from five guys for a long time typically going to Overland Park before this spot opened so I know what I should be getting This place opened up and it started out with the same great quality but before the pandemic and even through it o have had numerous issues , I order through the app they have I end up with wrong toppings on my burger, burgers that taste funny, cold fries , I've gotten shakes that were watery . Literally hundreds of dollars in the course of a few months in free food . Last night was the final straw I got a burger that literally tasted like someone put grass in it and my girlfriends coffee shake was full of coffee grounds and inedible , even considering this company has been feeding me for free for 3-4 months due to refunds on purchases I wouldn't eat there again read more

This place was gross. the tables were dirty everyone of them! The floors looked like they haven't been swept in days. for 45 dollars I would like a clean table to sit at the least! there were no flavors of soda in the machine but dr.pepper. If I ever choose to try Five Guys again it won't be at this location. The food it's self....... My fries weren't even in the cup they were just dumped upside down in my bag. my burger was surprisingly the only part of this experience I enjoyed. read more

This was an absolute mess. We ordered online at 6:55 and was told that our order would be ready at 7:02. No one came out to our car to ask us for our name so I called and got no answer. We pulled up to the front and finally a lady came out to ask us our name. We told her it was for Lorann and she went inside. She came back to our car two more times to try to hand us the wrong food for someone else and we kept telling her our name was Lorann. Still nothing. Needless to say I am disappointed to say the least that I have never had five guys and now my first experience was spending $30.00 on two burgers and two fries and totaling an awful experience. There needs to be a system in which people pull up because the system they have now (if there is any at all) is just getting people's names and then forgetting their names. read more
