Best hamburgers anywhere. Real grilled burger bun. A ton of topping choices! Fries are the best IMO. Fresh cut, fried in peanut oil. No ridiculous coatings to keep them crisp. Just real potato! Ambience is classic 50's diner look. Service is friendly. Because everything is cooked to order it isn't the fastest fast food plane but it is the best. We got her food fast, but we sat down to eat and the person who was cleaning tables and sweep the floor, kept dragging and banging the chairs while we were in here and I couldn't even hear each other talk. I can understand doing that when there's nobody in the restaurant, but would you have people in the restaurant they're eating trying to talk they should be banging chairs around.. We have not been at a Five Guys in a very long time and I think I see why... First of all they couldn't get a Simple Cheesburger made with only ketchup. They must have had too much mustard today. Maybe the warm but not hot meat was shipped in from McDonalds? Second the BLT hit my all time worst list. Barely any mayo, lettuce or tomato but a huge pile of bacon... terrible burned bacon, all on a hamburger bun. Heh. Never had one like that before! Lastly; A Basic Cheeseburger, Shake and BLT. We were very happy with our lunch here today. Our cheeseburgers were fat & juicy with lots of flavor. I particularly liked that we could choose our condiments. I like my burgers with just onions & mustard, so that's how I had it. I'd heard good things about the fries at Five Guys, & they didn't disappoint. The small order was ample. I really wish I had remembered to read the reviews for this location before ordering. We have a fantastic location in Virginia were we live and erroneously assumed that this location would not disappoint. WRONG!! The burgers were dry and not even big enough to fit the bun. They must have been running out of ketchup and mustard because there were only smears of each on the burgers. Very little bacon for bacon burgers. Like another customer, our best part of the meal was the milkshake! Crazy for a place specializing in burgers. Very expensive for a disappointing meal. The price may have been overlooked if the food was exceptional. Save your money for Red Robin across the street!! read more

It wasn't too busy at lunch time on a weekday, so my burger did not take very long to be prepared at all. While I waited, I munched away at some of the peanuts and made a rather large mess on the table. All the fixings are included, though you do have to request them. I recommend lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers and grilled mushrooms, plus ketchup. For me, that's the makings of a perfect cheeseburger. I do like that you can have the "Little Burger" which is nothing more than a single meat patty rather than the double. You're still going to have a heart attack, but maybe you won't need a triple bypass for it. And yes, you *can* skip the fries. I went there on August 29,2022 and purchased a large order of French fries.And the fries were soggy not crispy There was skin still on the potato's. The oil they fryer it in was old. I paid 7.00 for these fries. Do go there to order anything.I will never buy anything there. I was hungry and wanted something to eat.with my health condition I have to eat some food to take with my medicine. A little disappointing! I had heard their burgers were really great so I gave them several tries but each time I got burgers that were undercooked, and I don't mind a little pink, but when you're pulling burgers off the grill too quickly to get them out the door that they're undercooked and barely warm when you open the wrapper that's an issue! I got diarrhea twice behind eating their burgers so I'm done with Five Guys! But they do have some great fries! They also have an issue following instructions if you DoorDash!!! So beware!!! You absolutely will not get what you ask for! I have no idea what kind of people are employed there but I can tell you they have NO IDEA what a jalapeño is! Went on a Friday evening. Busy but not to the extreme. Ordered our burgers to go. I asked for fried onions, didn't get any onions also asked for mustard and I got a dime sized spot on my roll. The burgers seemed different. They didn't seem fresh. I loved FiveGuys cause you just couldn't get a burger like at McDonald's, etc. I'll just go to McDonald's for the same price any quality. read more

The employees here aren't enforcing masks to be worn inside the building. All directions are clearly posted outside but employees are not saying anything to folks who come in without following covid considerations. When we left to wait outside because a couple came in without wearing masks we were then taunted by the couple making crying noises at us. read more

This was my first time at this Five Guys location and it was the worse experience and burger I've had so far at a Five Guys location. First of all, the parking lot was insanely packed by the drive up lane for The Starbucks. Just an overall struggle to park and have any room for your vehicle to get out of the parking stall. Once in the Five Guys, there wasn't any wait to order, I ordered the "little Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and ketchup. No fries. Just the cheeseburger and a bottle of water. It took about 10 minutes, I received the cheeseburger, it was more like half bottle of ketchup soaked into the bun. The top and bottom covered. Needless to say ultra disgusting. I actually didn't eat the bread and tried to scrap the goobs of ketchup away from the burger. McDonalds outshines this place. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I'm short: very overpriced. Burgers tasted rather bland for an $8+ cheeseburger. Fries were plentiful, even for a small, and taste is about average. Best part of the meal was a vanilla milkshake that, again, was very overpriced ($5.14). For two of us (regular cheeseburger, small cheeseburger, small fry, and milkshake), it cost over $25.
