I've patronized this Five Guys quite a few times and have never had any issues. Complimentary parking is usually available in the adjacent garage, but I'm also mostly here after dark. Order at the counter, then wait 5-10min for your goods. 15min if they're slammed but it's never too bad. Everything is made fresh and the fries always come out hot. Bathrooms are nice and tidy. The night supervisor is amazing at his job -- he starts orders before the ticket is even printed to get you in and out as fast as possible. I usually do to-go but the restaurant has plenty of seating that's clean. Even though it's a little more expensive than your average burger spot it's always worth it. Sunday, 4/26: Incompetent, inept, staff. I was standing in line for 10 minutes when I asked the guy in front of me how long he had been waiting and he said "10minutes" which means he'd probably been waiting for 20 minutes. This place doesn't have a parking lot but there are plenty of street parking in the area. The staff is really nice. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, Medium fries, and milkshake. They got all the toppings correct for the burger but forgot the A1 sauce. I was dining in so it was not a big deal to ask for sauce but I can imagine getting it for take out and being disappointed. The burger was one of the best burgers I have tasted in a while. The burger tasted fresh with high quality ingredients. Being able to get the exact toppings I want really make a difference. The burger is not that big and rivals causal dining restaurants in price but not size. The fries taste great and they give you plenty. The milkshake was not worth it. This was my first time visiting Five Guys since they moved from across the street to this location. Parking was pretty easy and I was able to find a spot right out front. When entering, the place was really neat and clean. I ordered a cheeseburger all the way. My food was ready promptly. I wasn't aware that the burger came with two patties. Had I known, I probably would ordered a single because it was a lot of food. Ultimately, I would come back but now I know a little better about what to order. read more

Walked into the establishment on 21 February. It was clean brightly lit with no excess peanut shells over the floor was greeted. As soon as I crossed the door frame had a fantastic conversation with the manager, Miss Brandy after taking my order I stood around for a while before getting my burger and fries quickly. Now... I am one for waxing excellence when it is due, but this burger was everything that I wanted moist interior with a crisp exterior well seasoned with salt and pepper the bun was soft as expected, but the ketchup mayo, and A1 steak sauce added to the burger were in perfect quantities. The caramelized onions had a hint of sweet and it was a wonderful addition to the bitterness of the A1 sauce. I came here for lunch today. And boy I tell u it's a good spot to eat . I know it's just a burger joint but these burgers taste different and the fries. They use peanut oil but everything was great . The only problem I have is the price. They are pretty high but it's worth it vs the other fast food burger places. So yes I would love to come back. And the parking was not that bad. This is a relatively new Five Guys which opened up as an older Five Guys near the Walmart across the street was closed. Parking in the nearby free parking garage is easy to find, and it's a very short walk to get to the front of Five Guys. This parking garage is shared by residents of an apartment complex. Employees wear facemasks, but not all customers do. There are signs on the floor that indicate where customers should stand in order to social distance, but I saw some customers not distancing from others who were not in their group. Ordering was simple, and the menu is nice and high above the counter where you place your order. The employee who took our orders welcomed us to Five Guys and asked what he could get for us. We placed our orders; I ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mustard, small cajun fries and an ice tea. While waiting, I found out that, not only does this location have the newer fountain drink dispensers (the kind that has you use the touchscreen to select which drink you want), but that you can even use your smartphone to control the beverage dispenser so that you don't have to physically touch the shared screens. Waited for about 20 minutes before getting the food, and sat in the outside patio at a table separated from the others. Although a little on the cool side, the sun warmed us up. My hamburger (actually two patties, so technically it's a double burger) was good, as was the ice tea. The cajun fries, which were just a little spicy, were soggy and limp. They were cooked, but just soggy/greasy. I couldn't eat them all because the greasiness got to me after a while. This Five Guys, just like all the others that I've been to, always provide more fries for each size you get. For example, if you order a small fries, you'll get a full small sized fry container, but there will be more fries added at the bottom of the bag so that you get just about double the amount of fries that you ordered. Stopped in on a Saturday, wait time to order was 8mins after the 8mins we waited 8 more mins to get the food. The atmosphere was giving dirty butcher block tables. Anyone looking to work at five guys should find another job! They are a waste of a chance! after the interview I had for crew member they never got back to me, I was ghosted. After the interview I was told I would hear back the following week but I never did, I had to call but the lady who interviewed me at Peachtree Boulevard, Chamblee Georgia, she was said I am being disrespectful all because I did what she said I should do if I don't hear back the following week which was following up, I don't intend to spoil the mood/excitement of anyone looking forward to work at Five Guys, you can still take your chance with them if you want, my advice is have a secondary job in mind because I would not trust them again. read more

Service is good, the burgers are greasy but very good. The fries are great. They have all of the condiments you could want. You can sit inside or outside or takeout. There is plenty of parking. Turn down the street next to the residence and turn right and enter the garage. read more

Placed online order at 11:04am for pickup. App told me order was ready at 11:12am. I arrived at the store at 11:18am and they had not even started my order and told me it would be 10-15 minutes before it was ready. Mind you this was an order for one cheeseburger. I asked for refund as I couldn't wait and was told they couldn't refund me. So basically, I ordered ahead to save time, but it would have been the same as going to the store, and then when I asked to cancel the order they claimed that they couldn't but if I ordered in store they could have refunded me? Arrived this evening after having forgotten to eat since 10am. Arrived shaking because my blood sugar was low and just wanting to eat and go home to bed. Ordered the food and sat down. Started drinking my soda and promptly spilled the entire cup of sticky Fanta Zero all over the table and the floor. Alex was beyond kind. I told her I was so sorry for this. Asked if I could help her clean it up. She just smiled and told me to please enjoy my food because it gets cold. We interacted a couple more times before I left. She was so kind and generous. Love this place. The burger taste the same every time I go. I love consistency because it's so good. It's never busy when I go so I like the quick service. It take a little while to receive my meals but that's okay because I think it was made as I ordered and that's fine with me. As far as Covid you are able to sit inside of you like.
