Way too expensive and I guess you have to order the seasoning with your burger.? To many options near by for this place charge what they charge. Extremely overrated and overpriced. My family goes to five because we really like the burgers. Last month we went twice but both times they messed up the order. It was take out, so we didn't realize it until we were home. The second time they messed up one burger and completely forgot one burger. We did complain the second time because these burgers are not cheap. Ordered online directly through the store for pickup by my wife and clearly ordered and paid for an extra patty, however only received (2) rather than the three I paid $3 extra for. Also ordered 35 min ahead of time and they didn't start making it until arrival. I am a fan of Five Guys and this is as consistent as their other locations. We stopped in here after my daughter's gymnastics class for dinner. It is clean and well staffed. The staff always greets us friendly and the food is prepared quickly, hot, and as ordered. They do a great job keeping everything cleaned up from the previous customers since there are a lot of peanut shells that can get on the tables and floor. My kids favorite part is the peanuts. Getting to peel and eat them is fun for them. read more

Clermont's new Five Guys is conveniently located on Hancock Rd next to First Watch. They hired well because the service and food quality is exceptional. Parking was not a problem. I placed a "to go" order for five burgers with multiple toppings that varied and every one was prepared perfectly. They were hot and juicy even after driving for 20 minutes. The french fries were pretty limp at arrival but the flavor was spot on. They were not greasy or overly salted. I contemplated getting a milkshake but with an average of 670 calories I just could not go through with it...,Although they look amazing and are incredibly tempting. read more

Burgers, Fries, and Shakes. Yep, that's the menu. What they do, they do well. It's a pretty simple process but there's always a crowd and they generally get the order right. I do the grilled cheese with mushrooms option sometimes as well. The fries are so good though. You can get a large order and feed many people. cleanliness is hit-or-miss. Lately it's been a little bit better but they don't seem to spend a whole lot of time in the dining area cleaning up. People don't clean up well after themselves either, so I won't hold that against them. My favorite menu option is that you can get an Oreo shake with just the chocolate outsides or just the white centers. We ordered the bacon cheese burger, small bacon cheese burger, regular cheese burger and a kosher dog. It all was good and fresh. Watched it made right in front of us. Good atmosphere. First time here. The fam and I were returning from a day at Magic Kingdom and decided to pass on the 192 restaurant row of eateries. We are close to home at this newly opened Five Guys. Typically great five guys burgers; nice and messy! And I get the fries thing but frankly they are always a little soggy but that's what you get with fresh cut fries. The iced tea was good and fresh and they had fresh cut lemon. A sign of a good eatery. And since we live near here and love cheeseburgers with bacon, we will be back. When I went to pick it up at 6 pm, I was told it was going to be 4 minutes until the fries are done. They got our order wrong. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it had no bacon. When we let them know they gave us a foil pan of ice cold bacon which tasted rancid. They did offer to make a new one, but we'd already waited long enough. The burgers were very greasy and fell apart...had to be eaten with a fork. Fries are too greasy. Ordered a LBC with lettuce, mayo, onion, extra pickles and ketchup. Good thing my husband and I decided to eat in because the LBC didn't have mayo OR pickles on it. I had to ask for the missing items to be on the side so I could add them myself. Then halfway through I realized my LBC was also missing the B. The Bacon.
