Working in restaurants for several years myself, you work until you have reached the time for the hours of operation posted at the door. Yes, even a minute before closing. I have stayed to fulfill huge orders, and while slightly annoyed, I am clocked in and in uniform, and represent the company. If you are truly closed, you lock the doors and fully focus on cleaning up. I strongly recommend customers to start filming before interacting with employees in such possible situations, just in case someone chooses not to serve you so they can leave on time. So overall, if they shouldn't have a BLT on the menu if you have to ask for the L T. That's just bacon and bread.
