I made a mobile order, and I forgot to switch it from drive-thru to pick up. I walk in the store, we made eye contact probably four or five times, I smiled at her a couple times, as she just turned around and walked back and forth gathering other orders not even acknowledging me standing there. It was a HUGE and utterr inconvenience to her that I made this mistake, because she had to walk a whole extra 3 ft to find my order. She gets my order and sticks it in the "online order" box, I tell her "thank you", then turns around, STILL with that look on her face and goes back into the kitchen. Not once did this woman acknowledge me, thank me, or say one single word to me. Walking around the back mad dogging everybody that came in. IF she is the manager, you guys need to rectify this. The other two younger girls were very nice. I can say however the store was super clean. Now my food. My fries were cold and limp. My Big Mac, basically the same. Like they're Mass producing these things and just leaving them under heat lamps. I hate this place, I hate this state, and I hate the people here. I never should have went in. I have always wanted to come to one of these restaurants and was not disappointed. The location is rather large. There is a lot of seating inside. We came during a weekday and there was actually about half the restaurant occupied and more people coming in. This told me the food was good here. When you walk in, you have to walkthrough their little store and get seated. The place also looked clean and there was plenty of parking outside. Everyone was friendly and I even saw the Manager handle a difficult man who even cursed at him with such class and professionalism. I was caught off guard this happened. Be careful with the little store! They have some many nice little knick knacks that you will get in trouble quick. I found several small gifts to bring back home. The food was good. Country style fried chicken with gravy. This is not food I am used to but it tasted great. It came out hot too! The server was a sweetheart and very tentative to us. I will have to come back to Elkton in the future and I can assure you, I will be making a dinner stop at Cracker Barrel one of the nights I am here. If you have not made your way here you should!
