I sometimes get lunch from this In-N-Out during the workweek, and I usually go before 11 a.m. There is rarely a line at that time. If there is one, it's usually just a car or two ahead of me, depending on the day. There is always a staff member outside, ready to take my order. They have always been courteous and efficient. The checkout process is quick, and the wait for the food is reasonable. The food is consistently fresh and tastes good. I also appreciate that they don't put too much salt on the fries. Instead, they give you a small packet of salt so you can add as much as you like and season them to your preference. A Great Customer Service Experience In my 26-year relationship with In-N-Out, they've only made a mistake with my order once. One day, among other things, I ordered a cheeseburger to go, and whoever made it forgot the cheese! Some people might say, "It's just cheese," but to me, it actually makes a big difference. I was already back home and didn't want to drive all the way back to the restaurant. A few days later, I contacted customer service to let them know what happened, and they were amazing. They sent me a coupon, and then they followed up with a phone call to make sure everything had gone well when I went back. That's the kind of customer service I really appreciate. They didn't just resolve the issue--they followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. Overall Great service, great customer service, and consistently good, fresh food. Honestly in n out is the best! I really wish they were on DoorDash because I would be a big back ordering every single day lol. I craved a hamburger combo when I was pregnant I literally ate it for 3 days straight and I didn't get tired. Fries and burgers are always fresh! I love animals fries and banana peppers on the side! Their timed drive thru of getting your food is just about under 5 minutes so the staff is whipping up those animal styled burger and fries in no time. I am always shocked at how long the line of cars is, and how quickly they get people through. Order was correct. Only downside-I ordered two sets of fries..one set, I asked for well done. The other was ordered as it comes. The well done fries were mildly crispy--maybe about half were perfectly crunchy and well done and the other half were too soft for my taste. The other order was one step crispier than soft worms--they were extremely soggy as if they had been boiled instead of fried. We took them home and cooked them in the toaster oven until they were good... I suspect the soggy fries is one way folks are pushed through the line so quickly. I'd absolutely wait a few more minutes so that everyone on line was able to enjoy In-N-Out fries they way they are meant to be enjoyed....hot and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Who doesn't love this classic all American burger chain? I have an inside scoop. A friend who works at Cargil meat packing told me they deliver fresh meat to in n out every day! Never frozen is 100% true. These burgers are excellent quality. This location is great but as with all in n outs the parking lot and drive thru line are intertwined. So folks like myself withs huge van have a nerve wracking time trying to maneuver. I deal with it if it means I get some crispy fries. Last night was by far the worse experience I've ever had. After having a movie night with my family we decided to visit in & out on blackstone. We ordered we got our food upon bitting my burger I find a long hair sticking out. I was very understanding nice & approached the counter friendly about it. The cashier asked me if I wanted it remade or refunded. I asked they remade but I did not expect to wait awhile. Sat down noticed business kept going they kept making orders for everyone who ordered after me. My family was finishing up their food and I still didn't get my remake. Manager nko (women) approached counter didn't even have the respect to face me body side ways facing kitchen I advised her about the hair in my food and I was waiting for my remake & that my family was almost done eating. She did not apologize she didn't even let me finish talking to her she walked away came back within a few minutes handed me my food. Still no apology treated me like I annoyed her. Yet the hair in my food was beyond my control. My family ate without me which was not okay. Please coach managers to have better customer service especially when it's something that isn't the customers fault. Remakes should be a priority especially if they came with their family. Also teach the managers to apologize and be sincere not be mad and showing body language of annoyance. We could have went anywhere else to eat in Fresno. I was very nice about it I could have been rude & to be treated that way isn't okay. Everyone should be coached about remakes being a priority i was treated like a bother. Had some time to burn in the area so we stopped by In n Out for a bite. I got the double double protein style with chopped peperoncinis. My daughter originally just wanted a meat patty with cheese (no bun) and well done fries. After a couple bites she wanted a bun so I go up to the cashier and ask to buy the bun only. I have to say who ever was cooking yesterday around 5:46 pm and on pit there foot in those burgers. I mean in-n-out burgers are good, but yesterday baby it was a 72 out of a 1-10. This is the first place that I ever tried In N Out. I grew up in Minnesota and grew up on 39 cents cheeseburgers so I tried In N Out as an adult with friends and I wasn't a fan at first. I always like to order to eat in the car even though I'm taking it home because I like how it is in the tray. It's In N Out so I've gotten used to the lines. However, with all the other ones that have been built, lines are long, but not as long. Sometimes they'll have someone outside taking your order. My husband usually comes and gets In N Out, but due to me needing tires at Les Schwab, I came here. The food was delicious. The service was okay. I told the person taking my order at the car, 2 combos, one cheeseburger animal style with whole grilled onions and one double double no lettuce and cokes. He read it back to me correctly. Got to the window to pay and she repeated it, but told me double double had no lettuce no onion. Told her that it just had no lettuce. Then got to the 3rd window and was given one fry. Sunday night drive thru. The line was so long per usual and I noticed that they had extend their line all the way at the end of the parking lot. Although the line was long I felt they did a great job getting the line to move forward. They didn't have anyone outside taking orders I assumed because it was cold. The lady who took our orders through the intercom was very nice and patient. She took her time and read back our order and was very polite. Meal price has increased.
