Five guys always puts out a great burger. The fries are great and boy do they load the bag up. We all know the problem is the price. For 1 double cheeseburger, regular fry and a regular drink, the price was almost 30 dollars. You could get a nice meal at a nice restaurant for that price. This location is well kept for the most part. Can't go wrong with the free peanuts while you wait. The staff was friendly and very welcoming at this location. This place just opened up in the last couple of months and this is the first ive gotten to try it. All they have is burgers, fries and some hot dogs. One is a 100% kosher dog. Although cooking it in a non kosher restaurant makes it no longer kosher, thats another subject.. I got a veggie burger, but when you order it make sure you know what youre getting. Its not a garden burger, just the veggie toppings on a bun. Still it was good. But wait! Its the fries thatll get you. Theres soo many, you cant finish them and I just got a regular size. Normally, I would give any five guys, five stars... And if we are speaking about the food, that "five star" approach is hands down.. However, when it comes to service standards & timeliness...there needs to be more focus put on the online ordering system. There was a breakdown within the "in-store" crew when it came to getting me my order within the time frame that the website projected. Which leads me to my next analysis, there needs to be a clear "I'm that person" manager that's in charge...there wasn't one, and too my knowledge, I don't ever recall seeing one in five guys... Of the three that where working the area (yeah they were short staffed) during peak hours. Not one of them knew where my order was, and after I waited 20+ minutes sitting in the corner, as if my evening punishment was watching hungry patrons devour meals they ordered after mine. Seeing the satisfaction in their faces is what I craved on my journey to this establishment...and for a moment, that joy was stolen...and put on pause...as I watched...and grew more anxious by the moment...to my surprise...my order....was actually done when I got there...it was on top of the French fry station....all you can do is laugh in moments like that...the young guys were frazzled and under staffed...they were doing what they thought was the best they could do... My husband and I visited the five guys on Fruitville Pike on Friday 7/31/2020 about 4:30 PM. We had driven an hour to go to Hobby Lobby. We were very hungry and saw five guys. we knew they had the best burgers around. We proceeded to order and the poor cashier was so nervous, we then knew why. the manager constantly screamed at the employees the entire time we were there. So we got our burgers, and I use that word loosely $30.00 later. OMG they were the worse burger I have ever eaten. They were extremely dry and flat, the topping were so tiny it was pitiful.. We did not order fries but of course they were paid for so my husband ate them. The burgers had no taste at all, I was so disappointed. We had a horrible taste in our mouths for the entire evening. My company had an event today and the food truck we had booked had overbooked and couldn't come. We contacted 5 Guys through their online ordering hoping we could get burgers and fries for 50 people and planned to call and confirm at 11am when they opened. Casey from 5 Guys called us at 10am to confirm our order and assure us that all would be ready by noon. We arrived at 11:45 to pick up and they were in the process of finishing up the delicious fries. This place seems like an East Coast version of In 'n' Out Burger. If you've been out to California and have had an In 'n' Out burger you know that they are very very good, as are the fries, but one thing they don't give you is options. This place does only burgers, and as the other reviewer said, hot dogs and veggie burgers. But you will find no chicken sandwiches or the multitude of other options most burger places give you. We've eaten at several Five Guys restaurants and always liked them, but at this one, we were not at all impressed. The men's bathroom was filthy and had no toilet tissue. I told a clerk, who just shrugged and turned away. There was also no ice and our sodas were room temperature. Again, we told two different employees, who just said "yeah, we know. Probably not necessary to do a review on 5 Guys. I mean I haven't met too many folks who aren't familiar with the superior burgers and fries they produce. So I'm just going to summarize a few thoughts I've got about the place: - the place is generally busy, finding a table can be tough - lots of condiment and topping choices, I get tongue tied, I wish they had some standardized burger combos (the western or the ball park for example). Even if they were "secret" ways of ordering like In & Out Burger. - I wish the jalepeno's were not raw - I love their Hot Dogs - I love peanuts with a meal - have you noticed that "springtime" seasonal fries seem to be a darker color. Potato variety or maybe my imagination. . . - Someone else complained about a dirty bathroom. Luckily I haven't had that experience. And the staff has usually seemed very friendly and helpful, even when busy. - I love that they have Coke Zero and Caffeine Free Diet Coke So, yeah, I guess I like their food! read more

Food is fine, burgers can be greasy but it's what you expect. The staff is terrible though, particularly the girls who take your orders. They constantly seem put out to even be there and would pretty much rather being doing anything but be friendly and offer decent customer a service. A smile wouldn't kill you, when I (as a customer) am friendly enough to say how are you today? You can be bothered to do more than look at me with dead eyes and mutter fine. Getting back to work I opened my meal. I ordered a Bacon Burger not a cheese burger. May not seam like a big deal to you but for me it makes the burger un-edible. At least I had my fries and soda. I just had another good experience at this restaurant today. I ordered online for the first time, drove 8 minutes, let them know I was there and only had to wait about 2 minutes for them to finish it up. That was a nice touch. Now, the guy doing the fries wasn't on top of his game today so the fries came out brown and overdone. I brought that to the managers attention and she brought out another fry and upped the size. Let me just start off with saying the burgers are AMAZING. This was my first time ever at Five Guys and I loved it. I wish I would have gotten another burger because of how good it was. The fries are really good as well and you get a lot for what you pay for. They also have a soda machine with 100+ drinks you can choose from so that was really awesome and I highly recommend getting a soda and trying a bunch of different drinks they have. I had a raspberry sprite, so I was a happy camper. The only complaint I have is that the music is really loud. When I was ordering my food the cashier couldn't hear me and I had to repeat myself a lot because the speakers are right above you. This is our go to spot for a classic boardwalk style burger and fries. Always have friendly, quick service with consistent service. I like having the option of choosing a number of toppings. For me I have two double patty burgers with tons of toppings and a large , Cajun spiced fry. They still have in shell peanuts to nosh on while you wait.
