Yes, I concur, Taco Bell has run its course. The quality has declined, seemingly intentionally. Fillings in tacos and Crunchwrap pretty much need a microscope to detect. Cantina chicken bowl was similarly missing chicken. Strawberry Cinnabon Delights, $2.89 for two donut holes? Really? Add to that a very long wait, misfiring AI at the drive through... Gouging poor quality food along with impersonal service is a recipe for failure. You've got many many better options for your money. read more

The service, delivery & most of the food is quite good. The chicken nuggets on the other hand were the worst I've ever had. Overcooked, very small & so bad the cheese dip couldn't help. Either.Taco Bell needs to cancel it nuggets or get help making them. McDonalds is marginally better. read more

Not an bad spot to grab quick food, especially burritos and tacos, but even when ordering the app, they'll sometimes mess up an order as they've added onions on one of my burritos and I didn't ask for it. And they'll mix the beverages up with another one, even on the app. So, just be sure to double-check the order, whether online or in person. read more

Every now and then I love me some Taco Bell. It's been awhile though and having limited cash on hand I was surprised at the price increase of chalupas. Two of those basic bad boys set me back $8 and change. I was disappointed that they were very skimpy on the meat. This location was drive in only the day of my visit well before the governor's order to close indoor dining. Service was prompt and I was lucky that there was only one person ahead of me. There was some speaker issues though that made it difficult to hear. Employee was masked and complied with my request for extra napkins due to eating in the car. Did had a bit of tummy troubles after and thankful that Kmart was near. Not the best, but not the worst either. Given how I felt after I'll make sure the restroom is open before ordering next time. read more

Placed an order ahead on the app. Got in the drive through line to say my name for the order. Was behind a car that took long talking to the workers. They were all distracted and gave my food away. In general a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell. But there was very friendly staff at the front and an interesting little eating area outside that I have not seen it another Taco Bell. So they are worthy of a four-star Taco Bell. read more

I just want to say, whoever the owner and managers are for this location need to get those who own the Columbia ave location a hand. I frequent both locations and the Willow street one is always clean, stocked, and I never have issues here! The bathrooms are clean, and all the staff end their sentences with sir, or ma'am. They are very polite, professional, and direct reflections of their leadership. Thank you for this location. Highly recommended. read more

I'm a big Taco Bell fan. Having eaten at all of the Lancaster area locations, I can say this is the best one. True to form for most Taco Bells, this one gets something wrong on my order about a third of the time, but the food is consistently good (it has gotten better in the past 2 years) -- as long as you don't go there on a Sunday night. It seems like that's when they schedule the "junior varsity team" to work -- food is usually lukewarm and blah, and more mistakes happen with the orders. Overall this is the best Taco Bell in Lancaster, but it could be better. If they would get my order right at least 80% of the time, I'd give them 4 stars. read more
