Expensive yes but good ! We were cheerfully greeted and welcomed and placed our order and went and sat down and naturally you have to grab some shelled peanuts because that is the five Guys Way . Our burgers were prepared perfectly, and they were full of flavor and very juicy . The fries are absolutely killer. Just add a little bit of mold vinegar on it and some salt and ketchup, and you are good to go. The inside was very clean and very presentable no complaints whatsoever. We have not been to five guys in a very long time, we were visiting family in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and we're on our way home and decided to stop here. The food was absolutely amazing as always. We were greeted when we came in the door, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean, very relaxed atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. We always say that the prices seem to be a little higher here, but honestly, it's well worth it. read more

We at my shop consider 5 Guys a treat. We don't get it all the time but the portions are more than filling. The service is always above par and the Burger and Fry Artists are always friendly. The burgers are excellent and freshly made the toppings are fresh and crispy lettuce, crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes. The prices might be expensive but if you ask me it's worth it you're eating an old-fashioned hamburger like I used to eat when I was a child you can't get this at Burger King McDonald's Wendy's even sonic and the fries are fresh cut and you can get it with Cajun seasoning which is great and the milkshakes are wonderful I'll give the place five stars. read more

We frequent this location often. It's seems crazy that they charge $14 for a small burger, fries and a coke so I do expect an awesome burger and fries. Unfortunately today I got the opposite. The burger was overdone and the fries were barely fried. Although I requested extra crispy fries the petite gal who took my order could have cared less. The burgers are great and the amount of fries they give you are incredible. However, on the latest stop my wife ordered 5 burgers for our family to go. Upon arriving home we found that 3 out of the 5 burgers were missing things that we asked for and one had items on it that we didn't ask for! #1 correct. #2 missing bacon. #3 correct. #4 missing jalapeños. Bacon listed and on the burger but was not asked for. #5 missing ketchup. Awesome food, but really? Is it that hard to get an order correct in this day and age? read more

I travel for work, so I've been to lots of five guys all over the US, by far the worst service ever, I was in line when I finally got to the cashier, she said she couldn't take orders because she was to busy she had to go help at the grill, it was lunch time, you would think they would be prepared they only had 3 employees working a lunch shift no clean tables no one taking orders The staff was friendly and very sorry for the situation, I think this is the managements fault not the staffs read more

As a native of Northern Virginia, I have grown up eating at Five Guys, including the (now closed) orginal location in Arlington. So when I was visiting my family in Lebanon this weekend, I decided to see how this location was. I'm glad to report that depsite being 150 miles away from the restaurant's orginial location, the quality is not diminshed one iota. I got exactly what I was expecting: great-tasting blobs of greasy goodness, with wonderful fries cooked in peanut oil. Not health food by any means, but a wonderful way to enjoy visiting with my beloved maiden aunt and my four high-strung nephews. So go there, eat, be merry, and don't count the calories. read more

I went to Five Guys for my first time today. I have to say that the cheeseburger I got was by far THE BEST cheeseburger I've ever had in my life. I also got some fries, and along with my cup of fries they put a ton of extra fries into the bag. They were good; not amazing, but good. I'd rate the fries a 4 out of 5. It was nice feeling like I was eating fries made out of real food though, as opposed to whatever stuff they put in fries at (other popular fast-food restaurants). But that burger... without question, great burgers. not like fast-food places where already cooked burgers are stacked in a tub somewhere and assembled, they cook it right then and there. Now, my only complaint about them is I'd like my cheese melted a little more than what I got (which was not at all, it was soft, but no signs if it being melted) My other complaint, the vacant tables were dirty. Ok, it was on the closing end of the lunch rush, and I'd conclude that they were light-staffed (one guy was bouncing everywhere behind the counter/in the kitchen area) but during my visit, I didn't see any staff policing the dining room read more
